Came here for the first time yesterday, and I don't think I would ever return. I came here with my company for an employee... lunch, and the service and food were horrible. Upon arriving, we were not greeted by anyone, there was no one around to greet usor sit us down. After about 10ish minutes of waiting, a server came from the back to seat us. Out actual waitress seemed veryout of it, a few of my employees stated she seemed as if she was hungover. We placed our orders and the food came outrelatively quickly; however, the waitress left SO QUICKLY as soon as she set the food down. I ordered the Fajitas with Steak andShrimp. The rice was EXTREMELY hard and the shrimp tasted like it was a day old. The only thing that tasted decent was the sourcream and the beans. Also, the biggest complaint was definitely still the waitress, she never came back out until it was time topay the bill. Never once was any offered a refill or asked how everything tasted. Overall very poor customer service and thefood was not good. Today, three of my employees called in due to feeling sick as if they had food poisoning, and they allordered burgers with fries. This is usually our backup option in town here when we don't have a plan and places are starting to get busy. Dropped in about... 4:45 on a Saturday, had to wait about 15 min for a table even though the main dining area was empty. I believe they were waitingfor more staff to start. Had a very nice waitress who took good care of us and the kids, helped to make sure our rewards wasstill active. I had the appetizer trio with honey Chipotle boneless wings, Southwest egg rolls, and sliders. My wife had aFresh Mex bowl. Both were good. Kids meals still start at a reasonable price compared to other places, and our 11 year old founda new favorite soup with their baked potato soup. Overall good food, service and reasonable prices. Tasted amazing! Enchilada soup was the BEST!!! Same with the iced tea!!! Everything was amazing and it was cheap too! This is... probably gonna be a place we come back to. Also the staff are AMAZING!!! So friendly, kind and the type of person that can makeyou happy just by them talking. :) Read more
This place has the worst service. No host or hostess to greet incoming customers. Its 4pm and its not busy. Restaurant is... empty. We had a group of 10 people. We were skipped over. Customers that came after we greeted. Very unprofessional. Seemslike no one wanted to work. Read more
Sad to see but this location has completely tanked. There?s rarely ever enough servers working. Typically a 20-30 minute wait... when there?s only 5 tables filled. Bartenders are serving the entire bar area, high tops and part of the dining room. Our lastexperience we waited for 10min to be greeted and get drink orders. Ended up leaving after 20min without drinks or order taken. Ilike Chilis but this location is a drag on the brand. Skip it. Read more
The food is good and has lots of flavor. Chips and salsa is the best part of the meal though. I appreciate that they are... understaffed and won't over-seat people. The ONE server we saw worked his butt off. Read more

I was very humiliated as a black person. I came here to eat with my father, and we first requested for chips. Chips was nice and... my dad request for another one. I tried to discourage him so he can wait for the meal. The serve then said don?t worry about thecost cos it the least of it. I didn?t say anything cos I was not worried about the cost.
