My friends and I have frequented this Cold Stone location a handful of times over the past week. Every time it has been very... busy, and the employees have been very lazy and were more concerned with personal conversations with each other rather thanfocusing on the customers. Today I placed an online order, we arrived to pick it up and waited at the checkout for severalminutes before even being acknowledged. Thankfully I checked the bag, because we were missing an entire bowl. The bowls that wedid receive were extremely messy, and the lids were not even on all the way. When we went back inside to get the rest of ourorder, the employees were very rude and unapologetic. I understand these are tough times but it doesn?t take much to be sincere.Sadly we won?t be back to this location. Ice cream was good though. Read more

Waited in line for well over 30 minutes when only 2 of the 4 of the staff members were helping customers. The line was out the... door and someone was doing dishes??? It baffled me that all hands were not on deck, especially with less than an hour beforeclose. And I was over charged but the gal ringing me up already had a bad attitude so I kept my mouth shut. I love Coldstone Creamery. My favorite ice-cream is the Cheesecake Fantasy with a twist. I usually get half Cheesecake and... half Cake Batter, blueberries, coconut, Twix, and graham pie crust. Cold Stone is one of my favorite ice cream shops. They keep updating their flavors, and they have a wide variety to choose from.... They also have a wide variety of toppings. They also allow you to try samples of the flavors before you buy it, so you don'thave to take any chances!
