I get supply chain issues can create challenges in keeping the shelves stocked. However, when all of your competitors who carry... the same products have full shelves?? hmmm. It causes one to wonder. Also, after talking to a few employees, they say itsmanagements choice - not supply chain causing some items to seemingly always be empty. Plus a whole end cap with deadplants! I?ll shop elsewhere. I came in on Monday night at 11:45pm as I was walking in the store Cashier yell across the store saying they closed at 1200am... okay fine but if you tell me this why didn't he tell everyone else that was coming into the store is it because I'm of Oppositerace and on top of all this I come into the store all the time this guy name is Bob on had Several complaint Not just fromcustomers but coworkers. Horrible app. Horrible rollout. Won't be coming back. Apparently they now expect customers to manually scroll through hundreds... of pages of coupons and select each one instead of just scanning a barcode? And that's somehow a better experience? Registeremployee's weren't even aware they released a 2nd "Cub" app. That only happens when you have dysfunctional leadership at severallevels. Read more

Recently I shopped this location to buy up a bunch of my favorite sodas. They were on sale and I bought a large quantity of... them. I put one of each of these sodas on to the belt and told Deb the quantity of each I had. She told me that I have to putthem all on the belt, in case I was attempting to steal some through lying. Prices are much lower with good quality. Veggies and fruits are great here. Parking is big and get Parking almost all time.

I think cubs food employees need to learn that customer service experience is important both in store and over the phone. I... called on Memorial Day simply to ask about store hours. The person that answered the phone was rude and sounded annoyed at myquestion and then hung up as I was saying thank you. Shocked and appalled I called back and a different person answered, inhindsight I maybe should have asked for a manager, and wasn?t much better. I calmly tried to explain that the previous employeewas rude and hung up on me and the response was ?who are you calling for?? I bit my tongue and simply said I was just callingback to inform someone of the rudeness I experienced when asking about store hours. He quickly gave me the store hours and wentquite. No ? I apologize, or I will look into it or any investigative questions to show that such behavior is not acceptable. Read more

Best cub bakery!!!! If you see a cashier named "Debbie," run to a different lane! She's awful! Everyone else is amazing, and... the Baker deserves an award. I had an issue with one of the employees and I really appreciated the kind, sincere phone call ireceived from a wonderful manager. We worked it out because HE was so kind and professional. Read more

I feel like this week has been pretty hard on a lot of people and today the cub foods staff were my silent super hero?s. I came... in after my work out and was looking for some avocados it wasn?t slim pickings but there weren?t a lot of green ones and I liketo grab some of those to stock up for a couple weeks. An employee came up with a box of brand new avocados, and even made sure Igot what I wanted without me even having to ask. Which can be a lot to ask now a days. It was a good experience so I went to thedonuts to spend a little bit of an extra dollar at a place that treats me well I guess, and you guys had my favorite donut. Iwas thrilled, I went to check out with my grocery?s and got up to the first register which was stuck on some screen I wouldn?thave minded waiting but the check out attendant was already behind me ready to fix it. And had me out of there in minutes. Ifeel like people always remember the bad experiences and the bad reviews so I just wanted to give my thanks ??
