Overall, I was happy with our meal. The staff was friendly and service was timely. We waited 5-10min for our order. I had the... classic Mac with a side of broccoli, and my wife had the Philly Mac and Mac Bites. We also got a cup of chocolate chipcookies. The Mac is solid and the broccoli was well cooked. I am giving my own experience. I walked in around 12:30-1pm for lunch, ordered right away (no line), it took about as long as... any other counter service place. They were rather busy with other orders so it probably took slightly longer than it should havebut that isn?t a big deal and understandable. I had the best of both worlds sandwich with Tots, and then the cheesecake biteswith strawberry sauce. The sandwich was really tasty, I loved it. The cheesecake bites? I?ll pass, they were kind of gross andthe outer crust, not sure what that was supposed to be, the strawberry sauce was more of a thick ice cream syrup and not what Iexpected. Read more

Bottom Line: I was pleasantly surprised by my "create your own" mac and cheese. My four star rating should be considered to be... within the category of fast food restaurants. The center of this fast food concept is a conveyor broiler oven (more on this atthe end) like those used in Potbelly and Quizno's. Here, it is used to heat a custom mix of pasta, sauce, veggies, cheese, and aprotein. Having seen this and the sandwich line style set up, I had very low expectations. I chose to try this combo: pasta,cheese sauce, roasted red peppers, diced red onions, jalapeños, pepper jack cheese, and beef short rib. My sister chose thisvery bland mix: pasta, cheese, broccoli, corn kernels, and Swiss cheese. Mine was surprisingly tasty. The rib meat, which wasladled from a vat of hot water, was tender and fell apart as I stirred the macaroni. The flavors were good and I enjoyed it. Iwas shocked. My sister didn't fare as well and complained about her choice of bland ingredients and so-so cheese sauce. Cleary,more flavorful condiment choices can make this ordinary dish much better. On the broiler - this location didn't have a fumehood installed and the smoke from the broiler filled the restaurant. It was faint, but noticeable. Read more
These reviews are so harsh..for no reason. For a brand new restaurant with newly trained staff this place is fantastic for a... quick bite! Food is delicious and I think the portions are great. All staff has been incredibly friendly. They?re dealing withlow inventory on several items but honestly it?s expected with shortages and being a popular new place. I will absolutely beback! Read more
I got the lobster mac and cheese and buffalo chicken mac bites when I came here. The mac bites had little to no flavor with just... a hint of spice but were at least crispy. The lobster mac and cheese was just ok?certainly not worth the $20 price. The lobsterwasn?t good quality and the cheese had fine flavor unfortunately paired with a dry consistency. What really ruined my visit waswhen I got to the counter to order and asked ahead of time if my half off entree would work on the lobster mac and cheese asthere were no exclusions defined. I was told yes by two workers however my coupon was rejected at checkout. A woman who was asupervisor I believe came over to validate the coupon and unprofessionally told me she wouldn?t apply it despite there being noexclusions and her coworkers telling me otherwise. She told me ?they don?t know anything? which I found to be a ratherdisrespectful comment. Then she proceeded to walk away without offering any kind of an apology or to remediate the situation. Iwas a bit taken aback as I paid $30 for my order and feel the customer service aspect was severely lacking. Wouldn?t you perhapshonor the mistaken information and opt to re-educate the employees instead of bad mouthing them in front of thecustomer? Regardless, I opted to pay and try the food to see if it was anything stellar. Spoiler: it wasn?t. I waited about10-15 minutes for my order and found the food to be subpar at best. Had to try out the new I Heart Mac and Cheese in Woodbury after I saw it on tik tok. I got the Nashville hottie bowl. It had... pickles, crispy chicken and Nashville hot sauce over Mac and cheese. 10/10! It was a sweet spicy flavor. Jordan got the best ofboth world which had short rib, barbecue and Mac and cheese on sourdough. He really liked it but I preferred what I had. Wealso got Mac and cheese bites and tater tots which were not as good but still decent. They also have Mac and cheese tacos whichlooked really good too so we will definitely be back. Price is similar to noodles and company but the taste is so muchbetter. The staff were very friendly. There were a lot of people in there but they had a good system set up. The person whotook our order would then get the base of every order started so the next person could just add toppings and throw it in to bebaked. It definitely was a 10 minute or so wait after ordering, but that was no issue. It?s to be expected as they are justopening and there were a lot of people in there. They double checked each order on the screen and in the bag and made sureeverything was in the bag and was correct. I did not see anyone go up because something was missed or incorrect. My girlfriend and I stopped in on our way through because neither one of us have ever eaten here. I ordered pasta with the... cheese sauce short ribs broccoli roasted red peppers jalapeno sliced cheese and swiss cheese. I can't remember exactly what sheordered. Our food was delivered to our table. It was plenty warm and topped with breadcrumbs. It looked fantastic ! I dug inand it was even better then it looked ! Loaded with flavor ! The short rib was very tender and very flavorful ! Everything aboutour experience was wonderful. I will definitely go back ! Very friendly workers ! I would highly recommend checking this placeout of you haven't yet. My only complaint is we don't have one closer to home ! A+++++ experience. Very clean relaxingatmosphere. Read more
