Jimmy John's - freaky slow and braindead employees? Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru. I was the only car and I only saw one... customer in line inside the store. When my order was finally ready they attempted to hand me my sandwiches one by one throughthe window instead of putting them into a paper bag. I had to ASK FOR A PAPER BAG for my food. Imagine McDonald's handing youyour sandwiches one by one. She then proceeded to give me a single napkin. New cost cutting measures? Either way, never comingback here. We moved to the area shortly before Covid, and we loved getting quick delivery from this location and ordered almost every other... week for months. I went to order about 6 weeks ago and the app says it won?t deliver to our address anymore. I haven?t been ableto get a reply from corporate, so I called the location. Apparently the delivery map was recently redrawn to exclude ourneighborhood. The person I spoke with seemed sympathetic at first (offered a one-time delivery) and then got oddly annoyed whenI said that while I appreciate that offer, losing the delivery going forward would mean a losing a customer. Then he hung up onme. I?m extremely disappointed in how this whole thing was handled, and even more that I lost a nice food option with quickdelivery. If I have to figure out childcare for my unvaccinated child to do an in-store pick-up and then drive there, I?m notgoing to go to a place that should deliver to me. But I guess Jimmy John?s doesn?t really care about that. Read more

If I could rate this Jimmy John?s no stars I would. Their customer service is terrible, the people at the drive thru don?t say... hello or smile at you and today Ethan took my order after quite a while of me sitting at the order board wondering when someonewould greet me to start the order process, when I finally said ?hello??? He got on the mic and acted like I was SO unwelcome,didn?t ask what I would like or tell me what my choices were. Read more

Ordered for delivery tonight. My wait was a little longer than usual, about 35 mins. but not a huge issue. My two concerns were... my bag of food wreaked of tobacco and the bread on my sandwich was HARD! Like crunchy hard. I?m glad the sandwich wasn?t for mydaughter because she would not have been able to eat it. Our other 3 sandwiches were fine. I called to express my concerns andnot once did the manager apologize. He just told me that he can?t do anything about the wait times, he?ll speak to the driverabout the tobacco smell and sometimes bread that wasn?t properly cooled down gets hard like that. As a paying customer, I feelthat he should have at least apologized. Very dissatisfied with the whole dining experience tonight. Read more

We love Jimmy John's. This store seems to really focus on the drive thru. Several people waiting a long time to get there orders... inside. Stores like this would benefit from order numbers being printed on the receipt or getting customer names and for theworker to call order numbers or names to ensure order accuracy. This step could be avoided if they ran two lines makingsandwiches. The food at this store was good however it is noticeable that staff get stressed out due to the volume of customersat prime time. Seriously the worst Jimmy Johns! If you like to get a surprise sandwich every time you order then this is your place. They?ve... seriously messed up my order EVERY single time. One time I got a complete different sandwich another five times they added mayowhen I ordered no mayo. That mayo situation has happened in the store and every time I order online. One time I called for themto send me the correct sandwich and they sent me another sandwich made completely wrong again. I?ve had it this last time when Iopened the bag and instead of getting a club tuna they sent me a club lulu when it clearly says on the receipt club tuna. Ughoverall the worst. Read more
