I get Doble charge I order 2 extramost cheese with 2 crazy breads they charge me 24+5 tips = 29.87 they give me the 2 cheese... pizza I told them I paid for 2 crazy breads they said it wasn't charge so they charge me again 9.86 for the crazy breads. Placed a big order (multiple pizzas) for a party. Placed the order online the day before. We showed up 15 minutes early and the... order was already ready. Both staff members knew right away about the order and were very helpful and friendly. Read more

The food is good when it's fresh. But if it's been sitting it turns into something rubber like. The woodbury location is ok. A... bit slow so if you're ordering here you might want to order online and still wait 5-10 mins after your estimated pick up time.But the price is way cheaper than any other pizza spot so ???? Unfortunately they just can't keep up with the demand. The food is great for the price, but the kids who work there are... routinely understaffed and don't really know how to accomodate the influx of orders during any rush. Ordered two basicone-topping pizzas, crazy bread, and pepperoni cheese bread at 6:10pm on a Saturday through the app. Was told in the app to pickit up between 6:42-6:47pm. Got there at 6:45pm, there were about 10 people waiting on orders, and a few Grubhub runners. Ifinally got most of my order at 7:40pm - they had another 15 minute wait on the pepperoni cheese bread so they offered me aregular Italian cheese bread instead. Didn't offer to refund the extra dollar, didn't offer anything else for the trouble andthe lengthy wait. There were others waiting for their orders that were told the orders were lost (even though they ordered rightthere, in the store only 15-20 minutes before). Look, it's great pizza, breadsticks and cheese bread at an affordable price.5/5 food, 5/5 price, 1/5 customer service. Had a doordash order today that was supposed to be ready around 1:25pm. When I arrived there young lady helping me seemed... lost,couldn't find the order. She came back and said it would be 5 minutes, now 20 minutes later I asked about the doordashorder and the cheese bread was sitting in a pan on the stainless steel table. She put it together and handed to me. No apologyor anything. Don't waste your time getting food from there. Service is terrible!! This is not the first time this has happened.I will never take a doordash order from there again!! Read more

On Saturday May 14th, 2022, we placed an online order from the Woodbury Location at 0835am for a 5:30pm pick-up. We ordered 6... pizza's for my daughter's Birthday party, I pulled into the parking lot at 5:18PM, and walked into the door at 5:20pm. Thelobby was packed with wall to wall people. No customer Service at the counter whatsoever. I noticed behind the counter on ametal workstation table there were 5 Pizza Boxes stacked upon each other (We will come back to this later on in the review,remember the time 5:20pm) Finally I was able to stop one of the clerks after he ran a pizza out from the back for anothercustomer, and explained We had ordered online early in the morning for a 5:30pm pick up. He ran in the back, looked around, andcame back and stated" I cant find it." before I could show him the copy of our order confirmation, he ran off away from thecounter. Completely ignored. At approximately 5:37pm, I was able to stop clerk again as he was finishing up with anothercustomer, and inquire about our order. I had to show him the confirmation on my phone about the 5:30pm pick up. He went intothe back again, and walks over to 5 pizzas that are stacked on the metal workstation table (Remember above when I said wewould get to this) The 5 boxes that had been sitting in the cold for now over 10 minutes were part of our order. The quicklygrabbed another pepperoni, and completed the order. Mind you they have huge warmers that the pizzas could have been sittingin, bit those were all empty. Now my complaints are this. 1) Lack of customer service... Staff was beyond rude. Be moretransparent with your customers, if your running behind talk to your customers, don't blow them off. Treat your customers as youwould want to be treated 2) Cold Food. 5 of our 6 Pizzas were cold. They sat there on a table for at least the 10 minutes Iwas in the store. Well, I wish I could say something better than what I?m about to type. This store, during the pandemic and currently, has really... taken a turn for the worse. I ordered online for a 1:15 pickup, lunch combo. I get there around 1:20 to be told it?s not madeyet. The agent literally pulled my orders ticket out of the printer when I got here. That?s not all, looking at their heaters:they have nothing on display for hot n ready pizzas, cheesy bread or crazy bread. I give 2 stars because despite these facts:the pizza and what they offer is still rather tasty. They need a system that doesn?t stop making noise when an order comes in,they need more staff (like all places) and lastly a manager who is attentive.
