Recently ?remodeled? this McDonalds and could not have made it worse. This used to be a friendly place. Now it is cold and... impersonal. Waited 30 minutes in drive thru spot for a 2 cheeseburger meal, 2 McChickens and a double cheeseburger. Kept getting asked by... staff what we ordered. Asked more than once by same staff member what we ordered. Asked to speak to manager and was told managerwas too busy to come out. Can't go in because lobby is under repair. Never again. In drive-thru line for 15 minute. Get to the pick up window, Fries and food are cold. Said, give me fresh fries. They said, pull... ahead to a waiting spot. 15 minutes haven't got my fries. Going in to ask for money back! Update: Went to ask for my money backand all of the doors were locked. It was only 9:30. All of my food was cold by then. So, I went to Dairy Queen and bought a hot,fresh meal there. I believe this McDonald's own me $13.81 for the food that I couldn't eat, and should also pay for the $8.89for my Dairy Queen meal. This store has been remodeled into a high efficiency ordering setup with just one cashier and several ordering kiosks, and a... drive through. I ordered ahead on the app and saved myself a few minutes when picking up my order inside. Overall a goodMcDonalds experience. Read more
