While I love their food, the experience of being there was not the best. I had ordered takeout and when I got there to pick it... up, nobody acknowledged my existence though I stood by the register for a good 6 mins. The guy that was working the registerKNEW I was there as he rung up two customers but even after he finished ringing them up, he didn?t care to ask if I needed help.Mind you, I simply waited for the customers that were already there to finish up ringing up their food so that?s why I didn?tstep in to cut them in line. BUT, after the customers all left, and new customers came in, the cashier did not care about me andproceeded to ask the new customers what they needed help with. I was literally 4 feet away from this cashier. Not only this, but there were 3 other employees (in the kitchen) who saw me but did not care to come ask me what I needed help with. So, afterhaving to wait and not being acknowledged by any of these teenage employees, I stepped in and sternly asked the cashier for myorder since I was picking it up. This dude, didn?t even apologize to me nor did he even try to sound like he wanted to be there. He asked for my name and just gave me my food with the most uninterested expression on his face. Almost like he was annoyed thatI was there. Also to note, though I was stern I was still respectful towards this person because I understand that work is hard, but for him and other employees to not give me the same respect and acknowledge back, it was a huge red flag. I don?t care ifyou?re having a bad day and you?re tired. You show your customers respect and you put on a smile even if you don?t want to.That?s what customer service is. This will be my last time here as I?ve never had any good experience here anyways. Theemployees here need more training. Read more

Used to be good and consistent. Food (noodles and orange chicken) is overbearingly rancid. Never have ice tea. Experience based... on my last 3 visits each a week apart. Never tasted the food, just took it home and threw it out. Read more

Like others have been saying... getting food here is a hit or miss thing. To this location specifically the last two times I've... ordered out the rice feels hard and dry and the noodles likewise were far from appetizing. What's more is on both occasionsordering here, they've forgotten parts of my order and unless you're getting your meal through some third-party likeDoorDash/Grubhub it's a hassle to get a refund - such as how this place doesn't like to pick up their phone... ever. You'rebetter off contacting support over e-mail but the last time I did this it was nearly a month to get any reply back and was givena free entree voucher. Not bad, but a coupon code would have been preferred since you *have* to go to the restaurant physicallyto use it. This doesn't dock off any stars but Panda itself is failing to impress me lately. Their portion sizes have shrunkand their prices have jumped as where a $20 order is now closer to $30... at that rate it may just be better to considersomething more local and authentic. Read more

I got brown rice with my bigger plate, the rice feels like stones in my mouth. The rice is dry and i think it was left exposed... to air atleast for half a day. I tried to call the restaurant, so atleast stop serving that to other guests without success. Read more

This panda was ok. I was there about about 2:30 on a Tuesday. Not busy but at least 1/2 the tables were dirty. I know it?s fast... food but when your the only one in line shouldn?t have to feel rushed. almost felt they were being pushy. Also they over filledmy two entree container with Chow Mein and I got less of the 2 entrées. Could use some improvement on service and cleanliness Read more

I am quite upset with the cashier. I am disabled and needed to make a request to be able to eat my meal. Not to put it in the... bag, skip everything but the fork and slide the clamshell and recipt across to me. He indicated that he understood and would doas I asked. Then promptly went against my request and put it in the bag and plopped it down next to me. It's not an outrageousrequest, I asked for them to start over or refund me. He stared at me like he wasn't comprehending anything. I got fed up withtrying to explain the situation. I like this location. But I ain't going back for a very long time. I couldn't eat the mealand it went into the trash. Very, very, upset about having 10 dollars wasted by incompetence. If they're worth anythingthey'll refund me for it. Read more

Simply the best restaurant in Woodbury Minnesota. I love the super greens as my side, green bean chicken, teriyaki chicken,... sometimes doubling up on one of those. If I'm feeling really down in the dumps I get the super delicious Beijing Beef which hasprobably the best sauce on the planet. If you do the feedback on your receipt you get a free entree every time you bring thatin. I could have saved a lot of money if I did that years ago. ???????? Read more
