The food is good but they always severely screw up our orders. Our last three orders (in the span of a year) have contained a... multitude of errors. Entire items we paid for left out of our order, crucial ingredients left out of items (for example, noavocado on a sandwich advertised as a sandwich with avocado in the title), among other mistakes. The worst part of it is wegenerally do pickup orders, so by the time we find all the errors, we are at home and it's an incredible pain to drive back toPanera to get replacements or missing items. You'd think we'd learn our lesson and stop eating here, but we enjoy the food,(when it is made right, that is). Read more
Leaving a 5 star review here not for the delicious breakfast but for the great staff there. This happened to me never before but... I forgot my bag there. When I realized it was missing they told me the manager put it in its office and I came to pick it up. Itwas honestly my biggest nightmare I thought I had lost a family ring and my wallet, but it all ended well. Thank you so muchPanera Staff! Read more

It's tough to review this location as it changes so often. Overall food is generally good but overpriced (Panera issue not... location). To go orders have been mostly accurate but I check every time to be sure. Biggest complaint is they are OUT of manybakery items early in the day. Example is today going for a soufflé before breakfast was over and they were out. Also out ofpumpkin muffins. This is common EVERY TIME which makes no sense as this can be tracked easily over time. It's still one of ourgo-to places but has gone downhill as a place to hang out from when we moved here over 7 years ago. Read more
Young lady working the cashier was great! We were told we could get the chipotle chicken sandwich without cilantro. So my wife... ordered that. I ordered a bacon Turkey bravo, no tomato. When we got home my wife?s sandwich was covered in cilantro. So much itwas impossible to try and pick it off. My sandwich came with tomatoes and no sauce, which is one of the better pets of thesandwich. Seems like nobody cares anymore. Read more

Great place to grab a quick bite or just a tea / coffee. Family outings, working away from home, or just friends catching up,... this is a place for it all. The food options are great whether veg or non-veg. The bowl meals on the menu are quite tasty and Ihighly recommend them. Only addition I'd say needed on the menu is more juice options. Parking in plenty as it's in a shoppingmall. Read more
We placed a rapid pick up order and when we got home noticed we were missing all of our sides and my sandwich was undercooked.... Every time I come to this Panera something is wrong/missing and extremely long wait times. Read more
