We loved our 14? pizza, especially the thin crust; best I?ve ever had. And, even reheated, was great. Much better product than... another PM?s I?ve been to. Also appreciated that the green pepper was cut up, not in big chunks. I will be back, for sure. Read more

We have ordered the gluten free crust for years and always used our own vegan cheese. We were excited to hear that Papa Murphy's... now has vegan cheese available. They don't let you order vegan cheese with a gluten free crust because "it's just their policy".Why the heck not!!!? You can customize any other pizza any other way! Extremely disappointing. Love papa murphys, and stopped at this location since I was doing shopping nearby. Ordered online, service was fast. Never... seen such thin pan pizzas from this chain before. Luckily the toppings were put on decently to make up for it. Read more

Stopped in today. I was in a bit of a hurry, so possibly I was a bit sensitive to the amount of time it took to put together my... pizza. They were training a new employee..so that is expected. However the store was very dirty. There was trash...crumplednapkins etc under the counter on the floor. The counters looked like they never get washed. Dust, cheese residue and flour dusteverywhere. The pizzas were very scant ...toppings didnt even cover the crust. Needless to say, I won't go to Papa Murphysagain. It is too bad...I have always loved their pizza. Read more

I love papa Murphy?s. The crust is amazing, they use the best ratio of cheese to sauce, and the ingredients are always... fresh. HOWEVER this is by far the worst location I?ve ever been to!! When I place online orders half the time they are not readyat the designated time, then when they have to make it the staff is incredibly rude. I was about to ask for the manager, but theman that was being the most rude had a name tag that said ?shift manager?. Another time when I placed an order by phone I wentto pick it up and they claimed they never got the order and accused me of calling the wrong store. But I confirmed the numberand what do you know, I did call the right store. So then I had to wait for them to make it. What is the point of orderingonline or calling ahead if it?s not ready when you get there (especially when you call 4 hours in advance). The only reason I goback is because I like the pizza and it?s the closest location to me, but they are rude and frustrating every time. Read more
