I don?t usually write reviews, but this place is wonderful. The manager is so nice to her coworker, who definitely don?t have as... much as experience as she does, and she is very patient while she coaches them. As someone in customer service myself, this wasa very rare sight, and was wonderful to see. They were all very efficient and quick, and the food and blackberry hibiscuslemonade is wonderful. The coworkers are very patient with each other, using polite manners and gentle kindness with each other.A very positive environment. Hands down best service I?ve had in the area. Read more

I really like the food here... Unfortunately, everything else is lacking. The staff are consistently SO unpleasant. Zero smiles,... no friendly words, literally zero customer service skills at all. They care far more about taking to each other and made us feellike we were an inconvenience. Literally pushed her little button after I paid and then turned and walked away without a word.No "thank you" or "have a good day". We also had a late lunch, after 2pm, so it was very slow. A couple people eating and that'sit, but EVERY SINGLE TABLE was dirty. We told staff, but they did nothing. So we wiped down a table with napkins on our own andthey still hadn't cleaned by the time we left. At this point I am not willing to return. Read more

I had to take a break from work to eat so i was looking for somewhere that's cheap but healthier than fast food. I chose to go... here because the food looked good. I ordered a large pasta with extra protein and I was surprise how they filled the large bowlwith I'd say a third of pasta. I chose the grilled steak thinking it would be something good and but it was crumbled up steakpieces and the serving size was the size of a golf ball. In the end of the day the food tasted good but I definitely was notsatisfied. Read more

Food is absolutely amazing. Bathroom needs a deep cleaning. There were only a couple customers that came in to take food to... go. The restaurant was messy no clean tables. The lady wearing the white coat preparing the food was amazing and kind. Thecashier was quiet and had no idea they had a student discount that applies to adults in college. I love their food it is greatand always worth getting. I would work on the customer service training and get that cashier on the floor to clean untilanother customer comes in. We ordered takeout later at night and still had a wonderful experience! Our food was fresh and ready for us when we got there. I... lot of the reviews speak negatively about the workers, but as someone who worked a customer service job during the pandemic,it?s hard, and they?re doing a great job just by showing up! I?ve had several good experiences here but today was inexcusable and the worst I?ve ever seen eating out. I did a pick-up at... Piada on my lunch break and this is what I got. The first photo is the amount of food (tiny, only one slice of mushroom eventhough that was a main part of the dish and everything else looked old, it barely filled a quarter of the container) and thebroccoli was the most disgusting I?ve ever seen.
