This was our go to all spring and summer of 2022. If I could have given this 6 stars I would have. Then Dan the bartender quit... in August and everything changed. The quality of food went down, attention to detail disappeared, and the entire experiencejust changed. Our most recent experience two weeks ago it took 75 minutes for drinks and one appetizer and the place was halfempty. Dan ran this place and personally made everyone feel welcome. He cared about the food and the dining experience andtried to get to know everyone's name. Disappointing to see such a great place completely change and become ordinary overnight. Read more
We order a couple of pies and salad as we grocery shopped at Kowalski?s next door. Order a wood fire pizza, deep dish and... salad. Deep dish takes about 45 minutes to prepare so keep that in mind on your order placement. The portion size of the saladis ample for 2-3 - very good. This pizza is separated by the quality of sauce and dough. The pizza sauce is phenomenal. Justlike everything these days, it?s pricey but you receive quality food. Read more
Dough was completely raw, pizza was cold, no cheese. Staff gave a very Insincere ?apology? with a giftcard that is supposedly... coming to my email. Like I want to go back? What a joke. I had already placed the order in advance and waited 10 minutes afterit should have been done and opened the box to this hunk of raw dough. People could get sick. Update: the giftcard as anapology was never sent. The owners response perpetuates the issue. Refuses to believe my review is accurate. You may prideyourselves in customer service, but employees can make mistakes and did you witness this exchange between me and the employees? Read more
Pezzo has become mine and my girlfriends favorite place around. Their pizza and apps are fantastic! There is exceptional service... every time we go, and the food always comes out quick! Dan the bartender is the best around. Highly recommend this place foreveryone! Read more
Wow! We are fairly new to the area, and this is the best pizza we have tried so far! We ordered the carne & the pera, and they... were great! Beer, wine, and drink selections phenomenal to pair with the pizza. Dan and his staff were amazing! If you haven?tbeen here, give it a shot! You will not be disappointed! We tried Pizzeria Pezzo for the first time tonight and we?re extremely impressed! We got the Wrigley deep dish and it was... delicious. It comes very close the ones i?ve had in Chicago. We will definitely be back again to try more options. Read more
Pizzeria Pezzo, was good. Very clean and nice inside. Not a lot of employees though, our waitress was running around all over, I... felt bad, they need to do some hiring there. Pizza was excellent, deep dish good. On the Coal Fire Pizza, say light cheese,wayyyy too much cheese on that the crust? was just too thin. Overall good experience, was just a long wait. Read more
We got the pera pizza and the artichoke dip. The pera pizza sounded like something we have never had before and it ended up... absolutely delicious! I don't know how to describe how it tastes because it truly is a one of a kind flavor that I definitelyrecommend! As for the artichoke dip, that we have had before at many other places, but this dip was far superior to any we haveever had. It was full of flavor! Soooo tasty!
