The staff is nice but what is the point of placing an online order if it takes literally 30 minutes until the food is done? Not... sure why the online orders aren't more of a priority than people that just walked in, but it would be nice to at least get acoupon or something for such a long wait. I hadn?t ever been here until recently. I placed a mobile order and everyone working when I picked it up was really nice! I just... wish the burrito was bigger for the price I paid for it. It?s similar to chipotle but they had less options in my opinion, maybethey just didn?t have similar enough options to what I usually get at chipotle. We walked in right at opening and the floors, tables, and soda foundation were all filthy. There was food and garbage that was... never swept up. The floors felt very sticky. Garbage cans also needed some serious cleaning. The food was okay but it's hard toconcentrate on your lunch when sitting in a dining room in need of cleaning. Read more

Good food but slow staff. I ordered online and went in on my pick up time and I still had to wait 30 minutes for them to even... start making my food. when I got my food they forgot a bowl and when I went back to tell them it felt like an inconvenience tothem to make my food and got no apologies for waiting Or for not getting all my food. I understand every where is short staffedbut there was no urgency to complete the order and I did not appreciate the way they responded to forgetting some food. Read more
Food was good but this has to be one of the worst locations I've visited. Maybe it was the time of day, I don't know. It... wasn't too busy either. Both my wife and I got bowls. When it came time to get the rest of the additional items like salsa,lettuce, etc, the guy skipped mine and grabbed my wife's and asked her what she wanted. When I asked if could get habanerosalsa on it, it was like I was asking the world to get it and like it was sacrilegious to put it on it. That put me off andfrustrated me because I would have liked more toppings. We got two of the Mexican soda bottles and had to come back in thestore to get them opened with a bottle opener. The tables outside were gross and the garbage was overflowing to the point wherewhen my wife threw our stuff away, trash fell out and a coffee cup fell out and splashed all over her. Sat in line for 25 minutes while on a Sunday night. Online orders where more important than customers wrapping all the way to... the door. They just kept doing online orders while people where visibly getting upset. The food is still good, bad timemanagement! Read more
I?ve been to this location a few times now and have had a good experience every time. The staff is quick to assist you and... always friendly. Despite going at the awkward time between lunch and dinner, the food is always fresh. It isn?t dried out andthe guac is nice and green. The portions are also good. The restaurant and bathrooms are clean. The only issue is the screen ofthe soda machine being sticky. It would be nice if it was wiped more often and have hand sanitizer available next toit.
