We ordered online at 5:50 and it said it would be ready at 630. Got there at 6:33 and the were just going to start our pizzas.... They need to fix their system with the online orders. This place has AMAZING customer service. We had placed an order that ended up being 30ish minutes late. This wasn?t a big deal... to us and our food wasn?t even cold or anything when we got it. No complaints or anything were made, as I know how shortbusinesses are currently, and the roads weren?t the greatest that night. Not only did we get a phone call the very next day ofthem personally apologizing for being late, but they also mailed a coupon as well as an apology. I highly recommend giving thisbusiness your business. Not only do they have AMAZING deep dish pizza and pizza fries, they have amazing customer service andcare about their customers. You can not go wrong with roccos...all the crusts all the pizzas are outstanding. The last delivery I had was delivered by... Bryce (prob spelled wrong) He was profession dressed, delivered piping hot pizza with a smile. Make sure you are tipping thesedrivers what they are worth its tough out there. Wow wow wow. Embarrassed that I've lived in Woodbury since 2013 and have only used Carbone's and Davanni's until today. I've... missed really good deep dish since Edwardo's closed years ago. Rocco's might be a bit better - it's at least as good. It was adelivery order, and they called me to let me know it would be a little late. Who else does that? No one does. Greatexperience. Rocco's has great flavorful pizzas. We ordered a large sausage and mushroom for delivery yesterday. Online ordering was slick as... usual and the pizza came at the time promised. I have given the 3 stars because the large 14" was smaller than I expected, thetoppings were tasty but meager. We've been ordering from Rocco's for decades and this large looked way smaller than our previousorders. When did you shrink the pies? In previous orders we couldn't fit the box in the fridge... Decided to try this place out for Mother?s Day. We ordered seamlessly online and went there when the order said it would be... done. My husband had to wait just a handful Of minutes Longer, but honestly so many places we have had to wait much longer AFTERthe time it said it would be ready. The pizza was good. Nothing to write home about. I did like that the chicken pizza actuallyhad lots of chicken on it. Sometimes when ordering chicken , you get a small sprinkling... so this was great for a change! Theonly silly part of this whole order was that our online order total was let?s say $25.07 and when we got there and were payingcash it was $25.08 and honestly the woman made my husband go out to our vehicle to get a penny.
