Order is always correct. The blonde woman working the window in drive thru is always extremely friendly! She deserves a raise!
Everyone one of the workers knows this review was coming. I ordered pick up so I could be to work on time. I ordered at 3:30. I... ordered a iced matcha latte with a pump of vanilla. When I got there a blonde girl handed me a matcha lemonade. I was super niceshower them my online receipt and asked her to remake it. They said they would. 10 minutes goes by and no one remade my drinkyet. The blonde girl was literally saying ?I can?t believe I made a matcha lemonade instead of a latte? and all the workers werelaughing as I stood there waiting. The thing was, who orders a lemonade with a pump of vanilla? I don?t know if she was new orjust uninformed. I waited there another 10 minutes when this really nice girl not the blonde came up to me: her shift wasliterally over and she made my drink and made things right. Another nice girl even gave me a gift card and apologized. They werevery nice but the other girl was very rude and she seemed like she needs lots of training. She didn?t even apologize when I saidit was made wrong. I work in customer service so it really pains me to write this. No, Im not a Karen I am 18 years old. Iordered at 3:30 and left this location at 4:05. I am thankful for the two ladies that helped me but boy this girl really made memad. I was there Sunday and the people were very sassy. I ordered a grande and they gave me a small with a grande sticker on it. I... thought Starbucks must?ve changed their sizes so I went over to the other Starbucks and they didn?t so I got ripped off. Also mymom ordered the biggest size they had and they sized hers down to. Definitely will not be going back there and I advise othersto go to the one in target. Read more
I went to this Starbucks and got a Carmel ribbon Frappuccino no whip. I waited for 15 minutes which was no big deal, but then... mine had whip on it. So I nicely asked the worker if she could remake it with no whip (I?m literally allergic) and she looked atme, said nothing, and smacked it down on the counter. I waited for another 10 minutes, now getting annoyed. I watched adifferent girl take my drink, wipe the whip cream off and throw it in the trash then handed me the drink. Unbelievable and sorude. I was given a moldy croissant. Not sure how they clearly saw the mold while warming it up & still handed it to me. I barely go... to any Starbucks but the day I choose to treat myself & this happens. Super glad I saw it & didn?t eat it all otherwise whoknows how sick I could?ve gotten. Read more
