I had my wife stop here today and order us dinner and I swear this was the nastiest food I've ever had from a restaurant. The... ribs were disgusting, tasted like they were sitting out all day. The Mac and cheese and sweet potatoes were so watery that I hadto drain them before I could eat them. I don't know what kind of management or staff they have working here but I would never gohere again or recommend anyone to eat here in the future until they get different management! I'M not one to complain about my food but I ordered 8 piece spicy nugget combo. What I received was dried out pieces of... chicken. It was gross. They weren't even nuggets just dried up pieces of something. I've had chicken dinners there before andthey were good. But never get this crazy again. I haven't been to a boston market franchise in 5 years. I would literally give boston market, the franchise, zero stars. The... meat loaf taste like they took canned meat and put extra extra salt in it. It is literally disgusting. Worst 12 dollars I haveEVER spent in my life. The mac and cheese is not how it use to be. The Good: The staff was very nice! They greeted me when I walked in, and they were extremely helpful etc. The Bad: There... wasn't a lot of sides to choose from. There were no options for drinks that were not soda. The lemonades were all out. No icedtea. No water. I don't believe this is the fault of the staff at all. My friend was kind enough to buy us dinner from there. I went to put it in the microwave to find out they sold her raw turkey... our turkey was raw two dinners raw turkey. No gravy no cranberry sauce, but raw turkey. I called the store to complain and wastold sorry nothing I can do about it. Then I asked for the corporate number I was put on hold and after 15 minutes of being onhold I did give up. I just want to let you people know that if you eat at this Boston market in West Deptford New Jersey pleasewatch what you're eating because there is a possibility you will get raw turkey. Read more

Man Boston market (hopefully just this location) has gone down the tubes, chicken nuggets are dry, macaroni and cheese was ????... completely inedible by anyone who went and tried it. Chicken disagreed with my son and made him have to use their filthyfilthy bathroom. More than half the drinks were out service. Like a horse with a broken leg, this location should shut downand be put out its misery. This isn?t the first time coming here, but it will be my last. Read more
