Went there on a Sunday evening - we were seated in such a cold area i sat with my jacket on! The waitress was very nice - the... food took quite awhile to come out. It had good flavor when it finally arrived and nice portion size. I ordered the veggiefajita thinking I would get fresh veggies and it was a veggie burger on top of onions and peppers - alittle strange. The otherperson had the ribs and chicken and it was really good. No free salsa and chips. Would have given higher stars if the place hadnot been so cold and the food came out quicker. Overall would try it again - maybe we just hit it on a bad night. Read more
This meal and the service was disappointing. The service was super slow. The food took forever to come out and when it did, it... had a film over it clearly having sat in the kitchen for a while. I asked for my burger medium well and it was burnt. My frieswere cold. Read more
Had the worse experience ever today at this location. I?m guessing because they are understaffed that we had a 20 to 15 minute... wait to be seated while I looked at empty booths and tables all around the restaurant. Fast forward, we waited at least another10 minutes for our drink order to be taken, which by the way took an additional 10 to 15 minutes to receive them strawberrylemonade and Diet Coke and they definitely were watered down. Finally placed our order which consisted of their supposedspecialty chicken and shrimp fajitas for my daughter and myself and a quesadilla for my granddaughter it took up to an hour toreceive. It sizzled up to our table and was cold. The chicken tasted like processed meat that was boiled. We spoke with onemanager 1st to discuss our displeasure receiving cold food, I asked was the chicken suppose to be grilled he said it was butthere was no traces or signs of it. He offered no explanation for the situation he did say that he could remove it from the billand walked away. We waited another 15 minutes or so for them to remove the food and finally asked to see the manager again thistime it was a different manager she stated the other manager was cooking so of course we had to repeat the situation all overagain. The waitress was not attentive at all and there was never an apology or empathy shown for the bad experience and thewaste of 2 hours of our time. We went there for a birthday dinner for my 14-year-old stepson. I'm not sure why restaurants seem to have problems seating... parties over 9 people, but they initially said they couldn't seat us, 7 adults, and 3 kids. We were told there would be about anhour wait. I called a few other places and decided to leave. They then came to me saying they could push 2 tables together forus, so we stayed. After being seated, we honestly had a great time! Our waitress was friendly and accommodating. The drinkspecials were good! They staff sang Happy Birthday to my stepson and he had a great time! This will be a first and last for my wife and I. Used door dash to order and food was clearly not fresh or prepared well.... Tortilla for my wife's fajitas were stale and torn. Her guacamole was past fresh and approaching being questionable to eat.Receipt expressly listed adding silverware to the bag, none present. Burger was ordered pink, arrived well done with significantchar. Only thing that turned out was the queso cup, but it be a different level if they messed up melted cheese. Read more
There are two things I love from Chils, their fajitas and skillet queso. Both were a little off today. The queso was over thick... and didn?t have a great flavor. The fajitas were bland. The service was ok but slow. I heard the waitress apologizing toanother group saying they are severely understaffed. The cleanliness could have been better. We were the first people in therestaurant and our table had muck on it from the day before. Read more
It was fairly quiet when I stopped in on an early Friday afternoon. I sat at the bar and had a Makers Mark on the rocks, chips... w/ salsa, and the Shrimp Fajitas. Everything was excellent. The woman tending bar was very friendly and attentive. I wore amask in, sat at the far end of the bar soo could keep it off as I ate. Noticed all but one person did not have masks on, nor atthe ready. I would patronize this location again. Read more
The BBQ Brisket burgers were hot and delicious. French fries were golden crisp outside and piping hot. Went for a lunch.
