I love the Deptford, NJ location so much! The Assistant Manager, Sarah, is wonderful and talked to me about the store for a... while. The best part of this location was how well maintained their stage is! The staff clearly cares about their animatronics,and Deptford has the best cyberamics stage I've ever seen. It's a shame to hear about the upcoming 2.0, I plan to visit againone last time before the 2.0 inevitably happens. Read more
This visit was perfect it was early and it east crowded. The people working there were all super polite they even got my... daughter a ball from the crane game after it bounced out of the hole. Overall great experience. Some pitfalls that I think are avoidable but more likely at Chuck E. Cheese. This review is based on... a party scheduled where we paid per head. The pizza and games are all standard. Kids loved it so we loved it. Great safe placewhere you can let your kids run around and you can enjoy a breather. The food was rather enjoyable and they were quick. Theissue we had was a in the party. I want to preface here in case you don?t finish the review, they fixed all the issues. Sofirst, the kids have two hours to play. However they keep calling the kids back for food, drinks, snacks, singing, and theticket blaster. So two hours turns into 40 minutes. There are pause stations but they didn?t work on any of the kids cards. Theycomped us more time and free tickets. Management was amazing. The guy signing happy birthday was sadder than a kid taking afinal he didn?t study for. I mean he hit all the moves but a bunch of happy kids see a sad face and it kills the vibe. The dealcomes with two slices of pizza dip n dots and a drink. They brought out the pizza in a way that kids just started grabbing andwe had a hard time trying to keep track of who ate. They gave us another pizza. I think that?s a fault on us as well but wedidn?t realize it fast enough. But I?m glad they helped us make it right for our guests. Overall. I had my 19th birthday here and it was an absolute blast! Our host, Katie, was a huge sweetheart and so fun to be around. She... was so helpful! The birthday ceremony was the most fun I've had in years. Pizza was great, staff is so kind and helpful, and theplace was incredibly clean, including the bathrooms. My 5 year old Daughter and my first time there today! It was super clean! And the Manager Bob was super helpful...walking us... through how to use everything. I purchased a chocolate cake at the end, and he went above and beyond to put the edible Chuck E.Cheese logo on the top for us! Food was so good! My Daughter ordered the pizza, and I got the salad bar. Everything was freshand delicious! We can't wait to come back!! Read more
