The first time I ordered from this store, the next day I felt like I had a hang over, felt really sick and weak, but thought... nothing of it. I thought I may have caught a stomach bug or something. The second time, which was Tuesday November 15th, thesame thing happened. I woke up the next day, feeling like I had a bad stomach bug or flu, I was so weak I could barely make itthrough work that day. Then it dawned on me, it had to be the domino's because the only 2 times I ordered for from there, thesame thing happened. Typically I don't have an issue with dominos but tonight I ordered the sweet bbq and bacon specialty chicken and it came out a... burnt mess. It was practically inedible. I'm not happy at all. I think I'll go to a different store if I want dominos again...Or I'll just order from pizza hut. Read more
I bought the $20 special. 2 pizzas, cinnamon twists, Parm twists. All the twists were hard like they have been sitting for day... and pizza was like cardboard. My 2 year old twins wouldn't even eat any of it so I still had to make dinner. $20 deal turnedinto $35 with tax, delivery fee and tip. Read more
Decided to go out of my comfort zone and get something different than what we originally order. Wrong. I ask for mushroom on... half the pizza so my husband can have philly steak too, and I get a pizza with mushroom on the whole pizza? This isn't the onlyproblem we have had with this store. Unless we call after placing the order the crust is next to never cooked all the way. Idon't understand why the problem in making pizzas, it's dominos! Read more
I regularly order from here as a quick meal option. With coupons and specials it is quite affordable and the quality is usually... fairly good. Had an issue recently with their service and submitted feedback on their web app, about 5 minutes after I receiveda call from the store manager to discuss the issue and really went out of his way to make it right. I am appalled at how UNPROFESSIONAL a young man is that worked at Dominos tonight answering phones. Wednesday June 8th... approximately 11:45pm I called to place my order since the website for this location was given me an issue. The website statesas long as I place my order by 12am my order will be delivered. This is for Woodbury,NJ location. I called and immediately wasgreeted with ?Dominos were closed? I responded, ?oh, I thought you close at 12? the man said ?we stop taking orders at 11:30? iproceeded to explain what the website says and he hung up on me. I then got out my phone to record the rest of the conversationas I was using my husbands phone to speak and called back. The young man was extremely disrespectful and said ?yes i hung upbecause you are trying to tell me what the website says and i am telling you we are closed, i want to clean, and go home and itsraining? i said ?I understand but would like to just have a conversation with you because i am unsure why your website saysthat?. He hung up again. I called back again and he was silent on the phone for several seconds. The last time i called back iwas greeted with ?dominos, you should get a better hobby, have a great night? . I think that whoever this young man is, isextremely disrespectful and unprofessional to be working in the customer service industry. Domino's rewards=free pizza= almost broke my tooth biting into it! Hard as a rock! Crust was burnt. And it was 20 minutes late.... Tried calling twice to speak with someone, waited on hold for 10 minutes each time, and each time they hung up as soon as theyanswered. Delivery guy was friendly though ????
