One of the few drive-thrus that always gets my order right and hardly ever messes up the food (burnt, stale, etc)
Any way to give ZERO stars? Absolutely terrible food and customer service. Doesn't matter if you do the drive through or go... inside. Staff is rude and extremely uncaring. Food is just very different from other Dunkins. Usually not fresh and more timesthan not, they get your order wrong. My most recent (and will be my last) experience they literally got 1/2 of a $18 wrong. WhenI went back, there was no manager there. No one would help me or make it right. I was so upset, I actually reached out to Dunkincorporate (I know, Karen moment) and voiced my complaints. After a few weeks, some District Manager named Doug Bishop reachedout to me and seemed genuinely caring about my complaints. He promised to mail me a gift card to give them another try. After 2weeks, gift card never came so I reached back out to Doug and for the 2nd time, he said he would mail it personally. Well itnever came now after another 2 weeks. Apparently even the District Manager Doug Bishop doesn't care at all about customerservice or the reputation of his stores. Never clean restrooms, filthy, same stuff in toilets and floor for weeks. Dining area always dirty. Food on all tables and... floor. All the workers they have none of them clean restrooms and dining area and make sure there clean at all times. Read more

I give 0 stars. This is the worst DD ever. I order a Mocha iced lattee and it's literally chocolate milk with no chocolate. I... will never return and neither will my friends or neighbors I told them about the one on Hurfville rd the best DD! Read more
This location constantly changes their coffee! I ordered a latte and it was given to me without any espresso! They don't know... how to make anything correct. Especially the older I indian lady working there. Read more
I work overnights on an ambulance, usually there?s a nice blonde girl that works overnights here and she?s super sweet but she... hasn?t been working lately when I?m on shift. I?ve had nothing but horrible experiences here for the past two months whilecoming in night shift, including an incident where a brunette girl was working and decided to close the store down for an hourand a half while she was standing outside talking to her boyfriend. And another older man not knowing how to make certain thingsand refusing to make food until the morning crew comes in. Read more
