Honestly I love this Dunkin, but when I heard that they are times for each car? absolutely ridiculous. This causes rushed making... of drinks and food. Which makes the quality of the product go down. My food was cold, my drink was basically all milk. I don?tblame the employees, it?s not their fault. Stop timing them. Will return when they no longer have to get things out in aspecific amount of time. Id rather wait in a line and have a great coffee and warm food. Read more
Love this Dunkin. The staff is friendly, the area is clean and the food is yummy.
Asked for butter pecan but got pumpkin swirl. Mistakes happened so I just figured whatever I?d drink it but then it had no... flavor at all. Says 3 pumpkin swirl but taste like straight ice coffee. The time before this asked for almond milk and gotcream. They almost never have fresh doughnuts either. Read more
Horrible and rude customer service. I walked into the dunkin and there is no sign that says no service. I stood there for 5... minutes with no one saying a thing to me. And then another guy walks in and one the employees says to another employee wow theycan't read the sign on the door which isn't there. Read more
Just drove there to get a drink, and the woman infront of me handed her drink back to them to fix it, the next thing I knew the... drink was being thrown at the womans car. Needless to say, I decided not to get my drink from there. Nomatter what thesituation is, you don't throw a drink at someones car. Read more
Going through the drive-thru I asked for ?light on the cream? in my coffee because let?s be honest sometimes you just get pure... milk at this chain. I get to the window and I can see right in the cup that it?s all creamer. Eggshell color. So the gentlemancomes and offers to make me a new one. No big deal. Then miss her name was Sherri comes over and tells me when ordering there Ihave to say 1 creamer. Not ?light on the? so there was obviously some cultural barriers here but she continued to fight me inthe drive thru line that I ?can?t say it that way? Really disappointed in this Dunkin lately. They just throw everything in the cup and don't even bother to mix it. Then the... manager on duty gives attitude when you ask them to remake the drink. Not what I expect when the drinks are getting moreexpensive. Read more
