I just want to give a shout out to the manager that was working on Friday 28 at night. He did everything he could to make sure... all the customers got their order. My group ordered on the kiosk separately. We saw the kitchen was full of staff but we weren'tin a time crunch so how fast the food was done wasn't really a big deal. We did wait a good 20 minutes for our food to be donethough. The staff that was working were very lazy and didn't want to help with the night rush. The manager was trying todiscipline his staff and get orders for everyone standing in the lobby. Felt so bad for him since I know how hard it can be whenyou have staff like that. Let's start with food I ordered two double cheeseburgers I received to double burgers. Service was dedicated to the drive-up... window I spent most of my lunch waiting at the counter. Atmosphere there was nobody dining in. By the way bathroom not veryclean. Read more
If I could rate them zero stars I would absolutely horrible service never rate companies on google but this past couple... experiences here were so horrific I felt it needed acknowledgment went there at 11:15pm took a half hour to get the food outthen was told they had no frappe?s when asked what we could get instead we asked for an iced coffee 30 minutes later we had toget a refund for the iced coffee because no one would bring it out. We look inside the bag of food and all but one item has beenmade incorrectly and as much as I understand it?s a fast food joint at 11:15 at night and I?m sure not a lot of the employeesreally want to be there at the moment the blatant disrespect from the employees we received was outrageous and appalling. ?Worse McDonald?s ever? said the lady next to me waiting for her food?. I have to agree. So unorganized? the wait is... forever?. No ice??? And make sure you get a receipt? that way you have proof of how long you wait and that you orderedsomething. I got my money back n left. They skipped my order somehow?. Read more
You should avoid this McDonald?s at all costs?it confounds me how any other McD?s location scores lower than this one. Here?s... the tick list, as you can see in the included photos: My burger meats were overdone and cool. Staff made my burger wrong (didnot include the extra meat that I paid for). My fries were cold. My fries were upside down in the bag, and they ran all overthe place in the bag - staff cannot handle with care. My ?iced tea? was as dark as soda, bitter, and warm - and was served withonly a few ice cubes. The fountain machines had no ice in them to dispense. There was no tea out in the fountain area - whenMcDonald?s charges more for tea, you should not have to keep going back to the counter asking for refills. Burgers and friesshould not be served cold in the height of dinner rush hour (5:23pm) in a busy shopping district. Had the Big Mac Fries and Coke. Food was hot and prepared well. Dining area was clean, employees were friendly. Outside was well... kept and clean. One of the nicer places I visited, keep up the good work. ???? Read more
The food here is good and fresh. However some assembly may be required for your meals as they tend to just toss it all together... as seen in the photo. Tastes good just not assembled well. Read more
