Only sit down pizza hut in the general area and I'm from Philly. Worth the drive. Usually only one person or so working the two... times I've went. But they still were able to provide great service. I go to this pizza hut all the time & usually the food is great, but today however, was so disappointing! I ordered a medium... pizza, 8pc boneless wings & 10 breadsticks. The breadsticks I received were the most disgusting breadsticks EVER!!! DRENCHED inbutter, way TOO MUCH. The breadsticks got super soggy & the taste was god awful. I couldn't even eat them. The staff is super friendly! Our waitresse Angelina was friendly, attentive and very professional! The food was delicious and... from what I've heard, the chef is a recent high school graduate aspiring to be a chef someday. I think his name was Dom. Goodluck to both! Read more

Delivery stated 25 to 35 minutes. Did not receive my food until 50 minutes later. When I received my food, it was like warm and... my order was missing the drink. When I called to get the missing item, it wasn?t delivered until an hour later. I live literally7 blocks away. Customer service is poor. Read more
Worst pizza and wing delivery I have ever had. Pizzas are all smashed to one side and don't even look like pizza. The wings were... all smashed flat. I had to pop all the wing containers back to somewhat normal. It took 10 minutes to make my order and 45minutes to deliver garbage. Not to mention, obviously all the food is cold. (Update) Called the store and they agreed to remakethe pizzas and make it a priority. Still took almost 45 minutes to get the remakes and 1 out of 3 pizzas was what I evenordered. So now of a $90 order ($100 with tip) i have a bunch of cold smashed boneless wings, and 6 pizzas which only 1 is rightand edible. Their solution is to give $30 back. I DON'T THINK SO!!! Sadly I could not give anyone a 0,The store is extremely rude & takes way too long for a simple pizza . I walk into the store to... order my food, first thing I notice is people just sitting right up front on their phones. I then order my food ( receiveattitude because they didn?t wanna work) & have to wait 25 minutes while everyone is just sitting around/joking and doingnothing.I will no longer go to that childish ran store, I?m also a huge fan of Pizza Hut and have been going to this Pizza Hutfor years, a lot has changed in the service & quality since the old manager has left.
