After waiting in store for 30 minutes plus for the second day this week (I thought I?d chalk the first instance up to them... having a bad day) for COFFEE, I was told that cafe (in store) orders are now being filtered with mobile orders?How does thismake sense? So I order coffee In Store and my order falls behind a few dozen mobile orders and I will probably have to wait overhalf an hour but at the same time you are now Prioritizing drive up orders??? I don?t fault the employees but I think that areview of this new process is warranted. Multiple employees should be making the handcrafted drinks? I want to love thislocation but I am constantly disappointed by poor decisions that affect the overall experience. Read more
I like Starbucks but some locations aren't that clean and the drinks aren't consistent across locations. One location will make... a drink sweeter than others while some frappes are really watery where others are thicker. Read more

My mom and I stopped to get drinks. This was my first time at this Starbucks. My mom's drink came up in a few minutes. It took... over 5 minutes after she got hers for me to get mine. When I did get mine, it was wrong. The cashier didn't ring it incorrectly. They asked if I wanted to pay to have it upgraded to what I had actually ordered, but since I had things to do, Ididn't have another 10 minutes of my life to waste. Read more

My first time ordering Starbucks (yea i know but try and believe it) and I had a really good looking strawberry frozen coffee... from Instagram that I had to try.
