Placed an order via door dash they confirmed the order then told my driver they have no food for my order manager was rude ,... need to replace lazy ignorant managers at this location if you don't have food don't confirm order and then make people wait fororder then say we don't have any food Read more

If I could rate this location zero stars, I would. Poorly managed, all coffee was empty and not even being made. Couldn't get... anyones attention to ask for more because they ignore you on purpose. no sugar, no eggs, (but still marked available on thescreen) staff was very rude, including manager who told me I ordered a sandwich smaller than I did, when really the man makingthem gave my sandwich to another customer and tried to give me the sandwich they ordered (which was smaller in size.) He was toobusy talking about nonsense and not paying attention. The manager then had an attitude and said "no you ordered a shorty not a10in" no, you just gave my sandwich to this guy next to me. Who then handed me the sandwich BACK after handling it and puttingit in their bag. Never will go there again. Read more

Let me begin by saying that I am always respectful, even when I am unhappy in these situations. I hate seeing retail workers get... treated like trash. I worked in retail myself for many years. My husband is a manager and many of my friends work in retail. I'mone of the people that thanked every retail worker at the height of this pandemic because I appreciate their work. I know it'shard when you're doing the best you can and people are yelling at you for things not in your control. With that being said, hereis my experience at Wawa on Evergreen Ave in Woodbury this evening... We ordered some sandwiches, drinks, snacks, and a sundaeon the App for pickup. I arrived about fifteen minutes later. When I walked in my order wasn't on the Pickup shelf. Fine. Inoticed my sundae and the frozen drink we ordered just sitting on the counter, melting. I asked the guy behind the counter ifthey were part of order number 491. After some confusion he said it was, but when I asked where the rest of my order was, he wasconfused. Finally, someone said my sandwiches were on another counter. When I got to that counter I realized none of mysandwiches were bagged. They were just scattered across the counter. In addition, no could tell me where the rest of my orderwas. I went to get in line and after a couple minutes in line my frustration peaked. My ice cream was melting down my hand theline was barely moving, and one of the employees was just leaning against her broom chatting with an off duty employee. Finally,I just asked for a manager. I expressed my frustration as mildly as I could. However, as I said to the manager (who happenedto be the one with the broom), what is the point of ordering a pickup order if I have to literally come into the store andgather my own items. As she explained to me that they are short handed and that everyone was just trying to do the best theycould, I felt like she was being condescending. Only wawa around that gives me a problem with order over phone.. I work on road and don?t have to much time to deal with app..... today I was hung up on .. just pitiful to act like that .. coulda said next time use app had to call another wawa that was happyto help smh ???????????????? Read more

In my experience today with the wawa on evergreen in Woodbury I ordered 2 salads and one didn?t have everything that I ordered... on it and the produce was obviously not fresh! After waiting for like 20 minutes to get my food I was very disappointed with thequality of the food I will not be ordering from this wawa ever again Read more

The quality of the Wawa products and services are very seldom less than that of excellence. This location seems to excell beyond... even the Wawa standard. The staff is cheerful, the coffee is always hot and fresh. The store is very clean and well organized ascan be expected. Read more
