Review; apps were served cold, linguini w/ clam sauce was sandy, shrimp pesto tough w/ lots if orzo(who cares) not Great place... this time..."cold"atmosphere, spaced seating, and most important not so many meal selections. The calamari siciliano wasfabulous the first time we had it (cold this time) , highly recommend ask for it to be served hot... all entries were full tothe top with pasta/ condiments, not so much with main items though. I'm not a big fan of Italian food, but I was very impressed with Butera's. The hostess, waiters, and bus boys were really nice.... The food was great and come in generous portions. If I'm ever in the mood for Italian, I will be going to Butera's. If I were toprovide a complain, i would ask that they provide better lighting outdoors. We were turning on our flashlights on our phones toread the menu. But regardless of that little detail, food was great! Read more
It was such a wonderful night at a locally owned and operated Italian restaurant!! There's so much positives, I have to... recommend. The atmosphere is quiet. The service is friendly and helpful. Food has never failed. Italian done well. Good portions, good servings, and outside seating to boot.
We hosted my bridal shower here and the food was good but the service not so much. We felt rushed and after our 3 hour time... reservation, we were kicked out immediately. And when we were asking for help, the servers said the party ended 10 minutes agoand they weren’t going to help us. Wasn’t the nicest environment for a bridal shower and wished it felted differently forour guests as well. Read more
Great food and very accommodating staff. Our server was very knowledgeable about what was able to be made gluten free or not and... was incredibly friendly and flexible. There was plenty of outdoor seating and was set up nice as well! Plus, enough food fortwo meals – though you could enjoy it as one great meal as well! Read more
Only one waiter for the whole restaurant. Henry seemed too busy taking good care of all customers. When he paid attention to... you, the service was good. It is the lack of attention that I give 1 less star in my review. Food quality was reasonably good. Read more
