Takeout containers are smaller, so expect that if you order from here. If you order through the app, they text you that the... order is ready but it very rarely is on-time. They now give you half a piece of bread when you order, they don't followdirection (such as chopping the avocado that they put in your salad, they leave a giant chunk of it instead). My salad alsobarely had any protein in it. For a salad that costs almost 22 dollars, the food should get up and do a dance performance foryou, but instead what you get is 3/4ths of what was offered in the past. On top of that, they also stopped bagging the food aswell. They leave it out on the pickup counter for you to walk over and grab a bag and utensils even when you indicate that theyshould include utensils in the bag. I guess it makes sense that they wouldn't put it on top of your unbagged food, but theamount of corners cut in the past year that I've noticed is completely unacceptable. Online curbside pickup order took a bit even though there was no customers inside the store. Normally would look past that but... the person who brought out the food (tall guy who might be a manager) was pretty rude. I said thank you twice and he was just onhis phone and didn?t acknowledge me at all lol. Handed me the food and walked away. Read more
Had an horrible experience with an employee who I believe to be the manager, on 9/24/22 a little after noon. The manager was... disrespectful and inconsiderate after I told him my online order was made incorrectly. All of the things I took out of my saladdue to having an allergy, they were all in my salad and when I told this individual he refused to acknowledge the mistake. Herefused to give me a refund, I told him I no longer wanted a salad due to him refusing to make it over and after dealing withhis attitude. this place is a 0 out of 10...... Read more
The containers are now smaller, the prices keep rising. Now they fill the smaller container 2/3 - 3/4 with salad. Plus, the... tables are rarely wiped down. The one in Roslyn is much better managed. Read more
My salad is always good but the experience is always horrible. Everyone has an attitude and pretends they don't see me waiting... to be assisted. I usually do a pickup order but need extra dressing so I politely ask for it and it's like it comes out of theirpersonal dressing allowance. I was told that I would have to be charged after the 3rd dressing and I would love to pay to nothave to deal with the attitude but I don't even know if that's true lol. Also they forgot my bread today & when I said, "Can Iplease have bread because it wasn't included in my order?", the guy working basically threw it on the counter. I wish I waslying. Got a create your own salad and a water, $17. It's a decent sized salad and tasted fine. Nothing to really write home about for... the price. Had never been there before and felt like I was being rushed to choose toppings, which they had plenty of but, withnothing labeled it was a challenge. Read more
Sad to see how the place is going down. The girl working there today (Theresa) gave me a nasty attitude when I was trying to... order my salad, also gave me literally half of the portion that i normally get for a $15 salad! When I asked her to add morelettuce she got annoyed. I had to tell her to take it easy and calm down because the way she was talking to me was just rude andshe just started laughing. Old staff used to be more friendly and also it went much better when they have a few extra peopleworking there. The name of the store is ?chopt? salads right? Then please tell me why the lady who made mine barely chopped it, and was skimpy... on the ingredients. Not only that, the lady that made my salad was INCREDIBLY rude. She literally threw the salad at me, withthe top not even fully closed. Horrendous service. Close to the worst I?ve ever experienced.
