Enjoyed a menu special of beef bourguignon risotto. Meat was plentiful, piping hot, cooked to perfection with the perfect flavor... and texture; accompanying risotto chock full of veggies and cheese - extremely tasty. Another night I got chicken paillard;tender, hot off the grill chicken topped with perfectly dressed microgreens, apples, walnuts, celery, and the most satisfyingblue cheese. Pecan pie for dessert, excellent. Black coffee, and a few adult beverages were also top notch. Highly recommended! Read more
Early dinner on a Sunday. We enjoyed grilled calamari appetizer but the raw clams were not fresh. We enjoyed the shrimp and... scallop fricassee but the lobster roll was not traditional, swimming in aoili sauce was not a good match. Cocktails were good.No dessert. Read more

Very nice restaurant. Great atmosphere withi Good ambience. Great music playing, beautiful pictures throughout place, ... especially the women's bathroom. Inside and outside dining available. There's also a nice bar. Bread with butter served priormeal. The soup de jour was so delicious! The eggplant meatballs were nice with spaghetti squash. It was very nice to know that Sage Bistro Moderne was open on Monday as most of the restaurants are closed on that day. My... friend and I had lunch. I like the design inside the restaurant and the beautiful music. The service was great. The food wasdelicious! For lunch, I chose French Onion Soup. The soup tasted rich and not too salty, as in most places where I ate onionsoup. Love it! I am an eggplant lover, so my second choice was the eggplant meatballs. This dish surprised me and I liked ittoo. Zucchini spaghetti, tomato sauce with basil, parmesan shavings - it was a delicious combination. The dessert options areendless, so save some space! I chose Fresh Fruit Napoleon (with mascarpone cream, fresh fruit and crispy puff pastry).Yummy! Will definitely come back. Read more

Everyone associated with Sage Bistro is incredibly nice and helpful. We did not have a reservation but were able to be seated... pretty quick. The drinks were very good, actually had alcohol in them. I had Sole which was wonderful and crepe suzettes fordessert. Highly recommend it. Read more
Easily made reservations and received confirmation of it. The reminder was nice and not intrusive. Host was a little... overwhelmed and needed a moment to find my reservation. Dining area was cute with nice touches. The French writing is not in aFrench style and annoyingly got smaller in size as the writer penned. I did not enjoy the nearness to several tables. Ignoringthe inane conversations around my date and one lady who would not stop staring left me feeling like a fish in a fish tank. Myappetizer was excellent, octopus. The visual and the taste were excellent. My salad was ok. The acidity was off as thevinegar needed to be slightly aged or sweeter, for me. Having had a heavy curry and a late lunch we both passed on an entree. My wife enjoyed her meal all the way around. I tried it and thought it was well done. Read more
