Sat in the drive thru for about 5 minutes until I drove up to the window and see employees lounging around on their phone .... Management is garbage and employees clearly don?t care. Why eat food from an establishment that clearly doesn?t want to serveyou. Save your time and money and go to the Wendy?s across the street. Called this location on the phone to see if the Italian chicken was available and was told yes. Get to the drive up at 8:44pm... for the manager to tell me they are not taking any orders. Then proceeds to tell me the person I ordered food with cant take agood order. Then proceeds to tell me I wasted my time by coming there. Shocked how ignorant the manager was to me. Manager keptsaying we not takin no more orders so dont know why you are still talking. Also said they closed, even though they suppose to beopen until midnight. I used to go there all the time but since this person was such a ignorant individual I will no longer gothere. Try hiring people that care. SAD Read more
What an embarrassing location. I'm sure it will be closed soon. I feel bad for the 2 employees in there dealing with a continued... line of cars. I understand it's tough to get staff now, but maybe just one ounce of pride in work would have allowed you to putthe bacon on my 2 bacon cheeseburgers I ordered. Went to this BK around 7:30pm for dinner. Pull up to the drive thru and 1st thing out of lady's mouth was... just so u know, we... have NO fries or onion rings!! Seriously?? Not to mention every time I go it's either missing an item or 2 or there are 3 carsin line ahead of me and it's a 45 minute ordeal.. just close this place up already. Incompetent to say the least.
