Ordered 1 original sandwich meal , and 1 spicy sandwich meal, and 5 chicken tenders.Did not look in bag , shame on me,,, came... home and Original sandwich not there!! Called no answer, I read reviews and seems like they have a issue on getting correct foodin bag or not getting it at all, was mad that was my daughters meal, Do better! If I could give 0 stars I would!! The service here is absolutely HORRIBLE! I've been there a few times none of which were good... experiences. Especially my most recent & very last visit to this store. The manager Juan was extremely rude & inconsiderate. Wereceived a promo notification for a $10 dessert box & ended up paying $30+ & the manager couldn't explain why we were beingcharged triple for a meal that should've only been $10. When we asked Juan how he would feel about the situation if it were him& he said oh yea I'd be mad, but I'm not you & I can't help you. The receipt that he showed us looked nothing like the one wereceived & the math just did NOT add up. In the end we never even got our food. It was crazy. They pick and choose when they want to allow the two piece special. I also purchased a chicken finger kids meal. The breading... was out of control. It seems like it was more breading then the chicken. My kid was trying to eat them but got upset because thechicken breading hurt his mouth. I tried cutting it up, my kid was still turned off. Lastly, everytime they promote a newdesert, they always sell out quick. Then they are out the product for a long time.... at least take the sign off the menu. Read more
The food was fine. The employees are lacking in there duties. #1 I ordered a family meal with extra sides and was only given 1... out of 2 that I paid for. #2 I was due change and wasn't given the correct change. I witnessed other customers complaining aboutitems missing from their orders too. When I inquired about a refund for the missing items next following day I was offered thereplacement item. I felt it wasn't necessary as the rest of the food had been eaten already and having just a large side alonewas pointless. I was eventually given my money back. Read more
I waited forever for my food in the drive through just for my whole order to be missing items an incorrect. They didnt even give... me a receipt. And the food wasnt even hot. Pretty disappointed with the service. The workers seem to be running around notknowing what their doing no wonder i was missing items an my food was cold an looked awful. Read more
Was traveling for my company, and stopped at Popeye's chicken for lunch. Got a new chicken sandwich. And it is absolutely... amazing. If you've never tried it or if you've already had it you definitely need to grab one. Yummy Read more
First and last time I purchased fried turkey for Thanksgiving, I was asked when would you like to pick it up I said Tuesday... Manager was like fine come in Tuesday after 12pm to pick it up . Tuesday comes I get there 1pm just to be told truck with turkeynever showed up . Manager assures me it will be here Wednesday, so I go back Wednesday 1230pm just to be told there sold outneedless to say I made all the side dishes with no turkey ruined for the kids. Insult to injury same Manager I dealt withthroughout whole incident showed no compassion for my situation just a really lame apology. Didn't offer any compensation formy time or gas to keep coming up there for nothing just my money back for turkey. SMH do people like this on holiday. Good jobpopeyes Read more
