Just went thru drive thru and woman was so rude. I said i wanted 2 of something when i got to window she only had one. She gave... me attitude and said i only asked for one which wasnt true. Than she aggressively closed the window and proceeded to curseloudy. Mind you my window was down and i have 2 young children in the car. I asked for my food to be made a certain way and a woman, who wasn?t taking my order, was yelling that she wouldn?t do it. A... simple ?we can?t do that? would have worked. I?ll never go to this location again. Read more
It's fine. About typical for Wendy's in the area. Only thing I'd complain about is that they don't offer the Freestyle drinks on... their mobile app. That's one of the best things about Wendy's. Read more
This establishment needs teamwork training. The girl with super ridiculously long nails working 10 pm shift was more worried... about what was going on inside more than taking the order correctly. She didn't ask my husband what drink or sauce he wanted andseemed bothered being asked for that and straws. She said we had to ask but didn't give time between opening and shutting thewindow. She was short tempered and rude and this isn't only time she's been that way so she just must be rude. The workers'demeanors were like they were on the playground instead of at work. Hope this issue gets fixed because I'd rather go across thestreet where people are nicer. Read more
Great food, quick service and friendly staff. Happy for their mistake! Ordered a 10 pc nuggets, fries & chocolate frosty.... Received a chicken ranch with bacon sandwich. To my 14 yr son's surprise, best chicken sandwich he's ever had. Thanks Wendy's.Would've given 5 stars but still got our order incorrect. Read more
4/29: When I arrived (8-10pm), they were receiving a delivery, and the way the location is set up, like many, the backdoor is... where the drive thru begins and they have a very small parking lot as is ... It made it somewhat difficult to maneuver, but itwas very much doable. Staff was very friendly, and the order was complete in a timely manner. 5/1: Fairly long wait in drivethru, but staff was friendly. I wish I would've gotten those young men's names! It's been a hell of a week and needed to feed my family especially my grandson... and only had $9 and some change I got overwhelmed and started to cry... The young men working their drive thru were kind andcaring.. honestly gives me renewed hope for this world.. I wish I got their names! I hope Wendy's actually reads this andacknowledge them!
