Location is drive-thru only. Only 1 person showed up to work, again, doing everything alone and obviously overwhelmed and... unable. 4 cars ahead of me in drive thru, took 28 minutes. 9 cars behind me came, waited, then drove off during that time.Others came and were 8 deep when I finally made it through. I usually drive off after 5 minutes with no movement, and shouldhave, but I wanted a Bojangles bacon egg and cheese biscuit: whole point of wait, and I had the time to wait. Lady takes 1order, makes that order, cashes them out, then go to the next one = 1 car at a time. 1st request bacon egg and cheese, couldn?tget: bacon takes extra 7 minutes to cook. Disappointed, I ordered my next go to: steak egg and cheese biscuit, told okay shehas those items. Charged correct price, $9 and some change, got my bag and left. Get to work 2 minutes down the road: find thatI got steak only biscuit, steak patty overcooked and cool - not even warm, biscuit was completely destroyed and undercooked, borounds soft, warm, and tasted old - could have at least thrown them back in the grease for 2 minutes. Figured for that amount oftime it would have at least been decent quality food since it was being made to order, but that was a no. Just saying, if youdon?t have staff, close the location? Anyone could have gone to a sit down restaurant for breakfast and been in and out in 30minutes, and had a better experience. I could have gone to McDonald?s 9 minutes down the road, ordered, and been to work inunder 30 minutes with better food quality. This particular location is struggling badly, fortunately it usually isn?t this bad,but I felt it deserved an honest review because this was a ridiculous experience. Read more

I love Bojangles, but this is the end for me. I came through the drive through(only option at this store) at 5:30pm this evening... 11/10/22 and was told once again, that they were out of Chicken!!! Again....how is a Chicken place, out of Chicken!!!!? Poormanagement, that's how. This is the 3rd,and last time at this particular store. I know it's no big deal,I'm only one person, butI'm never going back!!! Read more

The portion sizes are small, and the waits are extremely long. Unfortunately, you?re better off going to chick fil a down the... road. In my latest experience I waited over 25 minutes. Read more

Let me say that I LOVE Bojangles and this location has been my go-to breakfast choice 4-5 days a week. Unfortunately, this... location also lacks consistency (both in speed of sale and food quality). A single biscuit and coffee can take as much as 15 -20 minutes and though the staff are very friendly, sometimes the food is lukewarm to cold. Not sure if ownership is compensatingworkers enough as the crew seems to be different every week (a certain sign of low wages). I?m looking elsewhere for breakfastoptions because I?ve been made late to work, or unable to eat my food (cold) several times due to these issues. I would like tobe able to depend on this location for breakfast but it seems others have stated similar concerns and they are not beingaddressed. Read more

Zero stars if it was an option. A manager took payment from me and who knows how many others that had come thru the drive thru... prior to me, then proceeded to make my biscuit with no handwashing and no glove. So dirty cash and credit card hands making mybiscuit. I told her that it wasn't cool to do that, she proceeded to tell me that she was short staffed and that she was theonly one there, with a nasty attitude. She proceeded to ask me what would i have her do? I stated, take 30 seconds to put aglove on, no one in the drive thru would mind waiting 30 seconds to get clean food. With all the nasty in the world these days, you shouldn't have to ask a food worker to wash or glove their hands. Read more

The most disgusting fast food experience I?ve had. On 9/5/22 I came through drive thru and ordered a chicken biscuit. Woman at... the window had something on her face under her nose. I actually stared at her for a few seconds before I realized it was a chunkof brown snot that is dripping from her nose over her upper lip. She was grabbing my food so she didn?t see me looking?- but theworst part was watching as the woman stuck her tongue out like a lizard and slurps her own snot!!! At this point I wanted tovomit. I didn?t know what to do so I just took my bag- threw it in the garbage and will never be back. Read more

Ordered online and then picked up. I had some issues and filled out the online comment form. I like to give the company a chance... to respond if I have any problems. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from the manager within a few hours. She was verypleasantly focused on making it right and continuing to keep my business. I?m always going back when a business is soresponsive. Everyone in the restaurant business is trying hard today and I appreciate being heard. My food was yummy andBojangles makes some great chicken Read more

Went through the drive-thru yesterday @ 5:30pm the girl who took the order was nice but had to repeat the order 3 times because... the back ground noise inside was so loud from her co workers laughing ad horse playing. Ordered a 12 piece family meal formyself wife and 10 year old son who is severely autistic and is a picky eater but he loves Bojangles chicken and seasoned friesbut when we opened it at home the chicken was way over cooked and the size of the chicken was the smallest I have ever seen at abojangles. The fries were way over cooked as well and no seasoning. This location is the worst I've seen and has got to be wayunder bojangles standards because Airport rd is always great as well as Weaverville. I have photos will try to post. Read more
