Went here Friday the 17th and we were greeted right away by our very pleasant waitress. She gave us a few minutes to order and... in the meantime brought us drinks. This place was awesome! I had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich and my hubby had the big boy burger while my kiddos enjoyed the... pancakes with bacon. Every part of our meal was delicious and I can't wait to go back. First time ever trying them but theydefinitely have a customer for life now. The waitstaff were awesome as well and because they didn't have creations they broughtmy daughter's colored gel pens from one of the waitresses in the back. So sweet and awesome food. Love big boys! Consistency. That would explain the food. One knows what to expect from the menu and this restaurant delivers. But the hidden... treasure IMO is the wait staff and managerial hands on attentiveness. The staff is cooperative among themselves and it providesan air of peaceful contentedness that results in cheerful waitresses. Staff was fast and friendly. I was a little disappointed that the buffet was completely shut down at 9:00 PM on a Friday. This... place was absolutely spotless. My food was less than expected. The Southern Omelette only had a few scattered pieces of sausageand the overwhelming flavor was the white gravy on top. I'll give them another chance next time I'm nearby. Read more
My wife and I come here several times a year and always have an enjoyable meal. Our waitress tonight was Nobleen (beautiful... name!) and she took good care of our needs. Perfect timing to top-off my wife's coffee is always an evaluation point for her. She had the fried shrimp with fries and cole slaw, and enjoyed it thoroughly. I had the Philly Cheesesteak with onion rings andwas totally satisfied. I was impressed with the serving size of each, and we did not leave hungry. And a note that thebathrooms were clean!! I have loved Big Boy since I was a kid. When we seen this one while driving, I had to stop. Our service was beyond excellent. I... wish that I would have caught our servers name, but I she did end up in one of my photos. She was great. Our food came outreally fast, and it was hot and delicious. First time we been there for breakfast since the pandemic, and it was spot on, the food was hot, the biscuit and gravey was... excellent, the bacon cook just right done.
