Typical wing joint / bar. Good enough service and food. They have decent lunch deals
So I place an order on the mobile app for a burger, nachos, and queso. The app says pick up is at 9:20. I show up and the girl... said it wasn’t released so it will be a few more minutes. 20 minutes later I ask if they even had the order in the kitchen.They look and it still wasn’t released. The manager shows up and tells the kid to tell them to make it right away. Then 15minutes later I get told it will be a few more minutes. At that point I asked for a refund. I have been coming here for a longtime and there is always an issue. Makes me regret over tipping them so much. I won’t be returning again. Read more
This was a huge disappointment! The wings were poorly made. Soggy Parmesan wings and Non seasoned Lemon pepper wings. There was... NO lemon pepper seasoning in the chicken. It was literally dumped in the bottom of the to go container. I asked for blue cheeseand they gave me ranch ????. The ranch even had the nerve to be disgusting! I also ordered carrots with my food, it wasn’t inthe bag! This location wasn’t a good experience. Crazy part is, it was BUSY! And that’s only because we got to watch the game, I ordered a “chicken dawg” and sent it back because it was spicy and... dry, and then the brought me back a nugget on a dollartree hotdog bun, they don’t have to worry about me ordering anythingelse from here!!!!! Read more
Props to the host who was seating guests, running, running to go and answering multiple Phones alone and still had a smile on... her face. She was so nice. The hostess was nice as well and the food came out super fast as well as the appetizer. The onlyreason it wasn't five stars was because my boyfriends bone in wings had feathers on multiple wings. First and foremost, we are all truly apologetic to scaring our waitress. While ordering, my nephew started screaming he had a... tick on him, which resulted him & our niece running outside. Our waitress, I don’t think she even flinched and continuedtaking our orders like nothing happened. Besides that fiasco, the food came out quick, good & hot, while our waitress continuedto check on us. Overall our experience here was great, and again, we are so sorry about the insect-fear-induced-outburst fromour nephew. Read more
