I placed an order for lunch for work went to pick it up. They did not state they were out of ingredients that I had requested to... be put on my food. When I got back to work an my coworker an I opened our food we noticed we were missing topping an wrong saucewas put on my food. I then had to take my food back up there ???? just be greeted by workers who seemed like they didn't evenwant to be there. Went in there to get lunch a couple days ago, it was very good which wasn?t the issue. I go to pay & tap my card, a couple... seconds go by a receipt comes out & the cashier says it didn?t go through. I check my account on my phone & it clearly took themoney out. He brings over sara which was the girl in charge I assume, she proceeds to tell me it didn?t go through where goingto have you try it again & I promise it won?t charge you so I do it again & it goes through. The only issue is it charged metwice!!! I even told the both of them are you sure it won?t charge me again because I don?t want money to be taken out twice.Igave it a couple days because I know sometimes stuff is pending, but as I expected they charged me twice. I experienced the WORST customer service of my life today. I placed a mobile order for pick up & it said it would be ready at... 1:20. I got there around 1:30 & the door was locked. There were 3 other customers waiting outside of the door. There were about4 workers inside cooking but NO ONE acknowledged us or told us what was going on. They made us wait outside in the cold with noexplanation. We were knocking & trying to call them but no one was answering, for about 25 minutes. I only waited because I hadalready paid for my food. Finally after 30 minutes of waiting and being completely ignored outside, we got through to them onthe phone. They basically told us that they were trying to open & couldn?t step away because they had to hurry and open. I?msorry but they could have & should have stepped away to give us an update. It would have taken 2 minutes. They told us theyweren?t supposed to get online orders today and that we weren?t going to get our food. They said they would refund us andbasically to go home. No apology, no discount or free food next time offered, nothing. I was and still am so livid!! Therewasn?t even a sign on the door. I can understand being short staffed and that things happen. I just cannot believe they ignoredtheir customers that were waiting outside in the cold. I won?t be going back to this Chipotle location after how I was treatedtoday. Read more
