Total order was 14.81 they charged my card 17.71 asked cashier why was I charged more on my card she went to ask the manager and... couldn't get an answer told me to call back in the morning to talk to another manager instead of refunding the difference rightthere. No, just no. For the money you pay at this "specialty" wing place, I was pretty disappointed. The wings were oily and... flavorless, we got Buffalo and Habanero-something and neither had any flavor to them. Then the cheese used for the fries wasnot it. It had the consistency of cold gravy but not quite and again, no flavor. The same goes for the Mac and cheese becausethe same cheese was used. Terrible. Nobody knew what they were doing. Waited 30 minutes to get my food, and then decided to just ask for a refund. The... manager didn?t know how to do that, so he had to call the corporate manager. Waited an additional 45 minutes for her to come,and she was very unapologetic. Just an awful experience. Read more
This was my first time trying Detroit Wing Company, and I was not happy. I ordered boneless lemon pepper wings and regular... fries. The fries were seasoned great, but were overcooked. Boyfriend and I got the 18 piece meal. The wings are huge, but the fries that come with are bland and the "large" side options... are only coleslaw and potato salad, neither of which we are ecstatic about. We got the potato salad which then was ruined by thedill. For 35 dollars we could have had a better meal at Buffalo Wild Wings and a better dining experience as this place onlydoes take out and had a 20 minute wait upon order. It was an okay experience, but would rather eat BWW or Wingstop. Read more
DWC is my favorite place for wings. This location isn't busy and they're super friendly.
