It doesn?t matter if you order online or try to get a hot n ready by just stopping in. You will wait over 30 minutes for a... pizza. Estimated times on online orders are never correct. People frequently walk out without getting pizza because they?retired of waiting. I have given this place about 10 chances in a year and not once have I walked out with a pleasant experience.Been to other locations and have had much better experiences. This location needs an overhaul with either the managers orowners. Read more
This location should get zero stars but forced to give 1, there is no such thing as a hot and ready here, never on time, was... told 15 min wait, then after 20 min was told another 8 min for 1 pizza. YIKES! No clue what happened to this place. Placed an online order that said it would be ready at 8:22pm. After asking the... cashier for an update multiple times, she finally noticed that she did not even print out my ticket. Around 9pm, they FINALLYstart making my one pizza.. I got my food at 9:30pm. Gave them a second chance. Chance one forgot my sauce for crazy combo. Ok nothing to call or make a fuss over. This time TODAY... 8/29/22 I ASKED for light sauce on my pizzas. I didn't get what I paid for. $26 for doughy, sauced limp pizza. If a managerwishes to reach out I welcome that. Unexpectable. Read more
The lady who works in the morning is great! Very professional. However, this is one of the slowest Little Caesars! I always have... to wait for pizza, they shouldn't call it hot & ready anymore, because it never is. Read more
I just ordered delivery and they forgot all of my sauces. When I called to get the refund on the sauces I was on hold well... within their business hours for 10 minutes. They never answered. The delivery took 70 minutes and the food was cold. Everyother time I called their hours were wrong online or they didn't have what I wanted. Overall, these guys are continuouslydropping the ball and as far as I am concerned they still owe me a small refund for the items I never got. Terrible. Read more
