This place is so stingy. Panda typically is stingy, but this location is the worst! New employees are not friendly. I asked for... a little extra meat and she looked insulted and said ?you can buy a small scoop? lol. Like what? $9 for 5 pieces of meat? I had ordered just before they closed on August 11 at 8:30 biggest mistake ever!!! They one didn?t have barely anything so I... picked out what was left. The lady gave me a discount for it. Got home started to eat to find hair cooked in my food!!!!! Itried calling over and over no one picked up. The next day I started calling and still no answer! I come to the store to find itempty meaning there was no rush no customer nothing just the staff! They gave me the managers Marcus number to call. I called hesaid to send him a picture that he will replace it. I sent him a picture no response. Now I come in Aug 20 and finally able tocatch him for him to tell me he?s not giving me a refund! Never did he say I needed a receipt for my food because I was up atthe store complaining. Worst experience today. Placed order ahead on the app. After checking in they let me know it would be an extra couple of minutes... for order to finish. They took care of everyone in store/line first then handed me my bag. This was over 10 mins after thepredicted wait time. Opened food to eat and found that my bowl was 80% rice. Even my 7 year old commented later that he didn'tget much chicken and that he wanted to go back for more. Read more

Quality of food was not great. Fried rice was just colored rice with uncooked flavorless vegetables. Orange chicken was way to... spicy. Especially to be a kids menu choice. This was us giving a second chance. No thanks. Read more
