Don't even attempt to order a drink with espresso at this location. Machine is always "broken" so you can't get 3/4 of the... drinks on their menu. Tried multiple days in the last few weeks. Always end up at Starbucks. Pretty sure the mechanics that workon the machine are the same ones that "fix" McDonalds shake machine. Orders through delivery have been incorrect the last 2times we ordered and manager just says you can come here and get it replaced. I ordered delivery for a reason, and paid doublewith the price increase for delivery and fees plus tip. This location sucks. Read more
great mac but bathroom is dirty very cold inside there lobby very unclean tables still have food on crumbs under tables very... unsanitary don?t think that Panera follows the covid 19 cleaning protocol use to love this one but rather go to the East lansinglocation then this one not the same friendly Panera used to know anymore???????? I had heard such great things. Maybe it is good to some people, but to me this salad was iceberg and salad dressing with some... chicken on top. It was just another place to eat. Clean and friendly staff, but I?ll save my money. Read more
This place is soooooo bad! Like huge ick factor! Food was ok. But it was the eating area that grossed us out the most! Dishes... piled to the brim, not one table has been cleaned, trash all over the ground, and the walls have stuff spilled all over them!Just seeing how they leave their lobby makes me question how clean their kitchen is! ???? Ordered a whole tuna sandwich with avacodo added that was not received. Charged for but not received. Ordered a cinnamon crunch... bagel - was received but not the whole bagel. A large portion of the crunch top was missing! So disappointed! Read more
I gave you guys a second chance, it was not worth it one bit. Wasted money completely. A requested allergen to be taken off my... flatbread was not taken off, went straight in the trash. Sandwich was incorrect and items paid extra for were not added on. Atleast you know how to put soup in a cup. Read more
I ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl and as you can see from the picture the bowl i got was in half, seemed like they gave me... someones left over food. I went straight from drive through inside the store and the manager on duty told me " thats how itcomes", ????????????, i just asked them to make a new one, which they did, but the manager attitude and the other employees waslike i was requesting something special. Even the new one they made doesnt look even close to what Panera promotes. Read more
Great place. They don?t just have bagels. The sandwiches are awesome. Tuesday bagel deal is my go to. The coffees aren?t bad at... all. The chocolate croissant is a must have. Read more
