Terrible service. We ordered our food inside and waited about 20 minutes before going back up to the counter to ask about our... food. The worker told us that they gave our order away to someone on accident and that they don’t have any more nacho fries.We also ordered 3 freebies and the workers never told us that the machine was down. Never asked if we wanted a refund oranything. We finally got our order, half of one of the tacos was hanging out of the wrapper with everything at the bottom of thebag. Our food was cold. Not wrapped up just tossed in there. I go up to the counter to ask for nacho cheese which they didn’tput in our bag. The worker said okay and walked away. I waited about 3 minutes before another employee asked if I neededanything. I said yes I need the nacho cheese I ordered and the man put 2 cups in the bag, on with the lip not shut so the cheesewas everywhere in the bag. The employee were standing around laughing by the drive thru about 4 of them. No apologies or quickservice. A bunch of high schoolers not taking the job seriously. We are so upset at this. This is absolutely the worst taco bell I have ever been to I've tried them several times because there close to where I live had... to bring orders back because lack of quality this time I went through the drive through and told them of the bad quality andexperience I've had spent another 30 plus bucks thinking that because I let them know of my past experiences and they stillserve me low quality food this is certainly it I won't be back I've given you guy's several chances and you still serve garbageTHIS LOCATION SUCKS!!!!!! .If I could give you less than a 1 I would. It's Taco Bell. The staff is mostly very friendly and helpful. Sorry, even the best Taco Bell can not receive more than 3 stars.... So this is the highest rating I can give, especially with the new over pricing. Read more
Slush machine broken, didn't have ingredients to make the box they were advertising, wouldn't substitute and THEN forgot 3 items... after making sure the screen was correct. These businesses need to get it together...they charge inflated b.s. prices and haveterrible quality and customer service and try playing victim to the economy and covid. Trash. Joke. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. Every experience I’ve had here has been less than great. My orders are ALWAYS wrong, and my... modifications are never done correctly. I placed an online order at 7:15pm, arrived at 8pm. Waited inside at the counter untilalmost 8:30, nobody greeted me, nobody even walked by the counter, though many staff members saw me standing there. At this timethere were at least 7 people at the counter and not one person walked up there. I then waited in the drive thru line for 45minutes for cold food, that I had ordered nearly 2 hours prior. Huge waste of time, gas and money. I won’t be back here againI’ll drive all the way to Dearborn before I spend money here again. Read more
I really enjoyed my food. It was delicious and was expedited in a timely manner, all while receiving a great value for it! I... always fill out the receipt surveys in hopes of actually winning $500, as after all these years, I'm beginning to think thatthing is a scam. They should change the way you do surveys and offer free tacos for completing the survey. How many peopleactually fill these out? I've spent more money at Taco Bell than I'm trying to win. This taco bell consistently under fills their tortillas. Last visit I ordered chicken soft tacos which had 2 tiny pieces of... chicken in them and they charge 95 cents more for getting chicken instead of beef. Wouldn't mind it if they actually put somechicken in there. Read more
The last 3 times visiting I had the #1 combo regular tacos. There's obviously less meat for higher price but more importantly... the tacos are very greasy. Also the hard shells are typically cracked. That's it for me, never again. This place used to bepretty good. Read more
