Friendly service. Food is always fresh because it's made to order. I don't mind the short wait!
Came in today about 2pm. Ordered a crave case and a few other burgers. The queens that took our orders were amazing. They are so... friendly and got our dumb order totally right. Spot on. Fast fresh and everything was tasty. I particularly like this White Castle because it seems like they do a great job getting... people through the driveway very fast, that says a lot about a White Castle because most of the time the lines wrap around thebuilding and wait times are long. When I pulled up in the drive-thru and the worker tells me he will be right with me. Waited over 15 minutes, as 4 cars went... through the second drive-thru. So I back up and pull forward again, he said I'd be right with you. As another 2 cars camethrough the other drive-thru. Great customer service guys, keep it up???? Read more
The girl at the register was very nice, but there was a woman running around yelling at all the employees. While making my... sliders, the cook realized that there was supposed to no onions on them. I watched him then try to scrape all the onions off andstart to rebox those same cheese burgers. Read more
The restaurant was nice and clean but it was really cold inside. The sliders were warm and cooked well. Personally I didn't like... them but to each their own. The service was a little slow even though there were only 2 orders placed to dine in. The staff waskind and patient. I did like the little boxes the sliders were served in. Ordered the chicken waffles, no labeling or warning telling you it's layered and coated with bacon bits. I eat chicken on... occasion but do not eat pork, which of course includes bacon. When I order chicken I don't expect to also get bacon with it. Tome that part should be clearly labeled. On a positive note the facility was clean and well kept, and the staff were friendly. If I could give this White Castle 0 stars I would. On 11-23-22 we visited this location and waited over 50 minutes in the drive... thru line including waiting to place our order, pay and get the order. There is no excuse for this. If you look over at theChick-Fil-A next door their line moves smoothly and quickly. They have plenty of staff, probably because they are either paidbetter or treated better than the owner of this White Castle does for their employees. I will never go back to this WhiteCastle location. We will drive an extra 6 miles to the Taylor location. The poor employee who took the order, took the moneyand gave us the order was very apologetic about the wait. They appeared to just be overworked. Read more
