in the mornings the service is terrible, they serve you reluctantly, today I asked for an iced coffee and they lowered it with... water from the hose, that is, not pure water, I made the claim and that the coffee was very strong, I tried it and whatunpleasant that was .. there I left them. i would leave a zero if i could but i cannot. they suck. my sister and i went in with our cousins and we were excited to get ice... cream. we wanted 2 flavors in one cup. but the lady taking our order did not understand. and we were very specific on what wewanted but she still did not understand. we walked in and waited at least 10 minutes waiting for someone to take our order andonly to find 3 people making one shake. it does not take 3 people to make one dam shake. and since it?s covid they have a wholeglass thing separating the costumer and the worker but it was to a point where the lady did not hear us. they should really getthat fixed. horrible service. I went to order a milkshake at this location since they also have a Baskin Robbins. The shake was like 80% milk with barely any... ice cream added to it. It was a watery consistency instead of thick the way a shake is supposed to be. I only realized after Ihad about 2 sips. I asked the man working the counter if I could get at least a partial refund since I had a few sips. He saidno refunds and he could only make me a new one. He started getting rude so I just walked away. It?s not worth arguing over $5 orso. Avoid coming to this location. Read more
