Wow! I'd say the takeout option is awesome. We made our order at home. I drove there and just as I walked in for our take out... order it was being put on the rack. Grabbed it and I was out of there. Super easy! And tasty. One thing that surprised me isusually hot and spicy food doesn't impress me but we asked for the hot salsa on my burrito and it was very hot and spicy. Yum! Read more

I usually don't write reviews but this Chipotle has been such a disappointment of late that I am hoping the negative feedback... might actually result in some improvement, as I desperately want to go back to having lunch here... I have worked in the areafor 7 plus years and this was my go to lunch spot. But for the last few months, when I go at noon, it is only open maybe like25% of the time. With just a haphazard sign on the door that says "sorry closing early" Early? Its noon, how are you closed?Also why does the website never reflect your hours/closures?!? I can't trust this place anymore to put my online order in forpick up since they might just steal my money and be mysteriously closed. Also in the rare times it is actually open, thecleanliness seems to have really gone down hill and the staff seem miserable. I know there is staffing shortage right now butthis must be a terrible place to work as none of the other multiple food joints nearby seem to be experiencing this problem.PLEASE get new management! And if you don't have enough staff, at least close a consistent day of the week and shut down the webordering when you do!!! I've visited this chipotle for over 5 years now but I won't be back and I recommend you do not go. The last year it has become... apparent that the owner has no interest in running a clean and functional facility. Every time I'm here the line is filthy.There is food everywhere and as they move your dinner down the line they drag out through the mess so the containers are allfilthy. There are dishes everywhere, the tables to eat at are not clean. The workers lean over each other in a rush and dropfood across all the bins. When they wrap your burrito it's mashed into a ball not a burrito with toppings coming out the endsbut not a care is given. The workers I think are doing the best they can but without an owner to take interest in their facilitythis will never change. Their restaurant food service rating has dropped too. Think if the front line everyone sees is in thatstate what must the back be? I can't trust it. I won't be back. They need more staff to handle the orders they have, or a newowner that's willing to invest in their business. Do not go. Find any other chipotle. Read more

Forget about ordering online. There is always something wrong with my order, which is literally a bowl with 5 options. One time... it was literally a third the size of a regular bowl. The other time they forgot chicken. Like how is that possible? Protein isthe primary ingredient. Also they are never open when they say they should be. I?ve gone multiple times during regular hoursonly to find the store closed with a crude note wrote on a paper bag saying we are closed. The owner manager really needs tostep up here or be replaced. They were randomly closed the past two times I went. They took online orders and made me drive all the way to their store only... to see a "closed" sign attached to their door. I could see some of staff inside. They came out and didn't even apologize forinconvenience. They just shrugged their shoulders and told is to go to a different location if we wanted to eat. Good food, friendly staff, but FILTHY restaurant. Went in on a Saturday at 2:00PM. There were at least 5 staff working & they... were medium busy. EVERY vacant table was dirty. EVERY outside table was dirty. The drink bar was dirty. The floor was dirty. Thefood steam table was dirty with smears of spilled food & food "globs". Any patron who wanted to sit at a clean table had to getwet napkins and wipe down a table him/herself (I wiped down the counter facing the window for our family). This was not a "oneoff" - this was our 2nd consecutive visit of filthy premises. The staff are very nice & trying hard - this is a managementproblem. Please train your staff. Read more

Cravings. Went out of the way to this location. Only thing consistent here is they shove & cram multiple orders in one bag! This... was a second visit. I believe there is room for improvement here! I?ve been to several other location and food was not onlyfresh but prepared with love & care! Here, it is a different story. Three orders for three people and large sides were smooshedin one. YES, one bag! Hence, smooshed! The staff who was taking care of our order was pleasant but made it sound like he wasdoing us a favor. Until, I opened the bag! To my dismay, it was a sloppy mess!
