No coupons I clipped was accepted. I bought a sandwich anyway but the person didn't even add napkins to my order.
They don't accept coupons other wise it's just like every subway
Staff is friendly and quick but store consistently closes early.
Whomever hired this woman. Is laking skills big time! Not only she was incredibly mean and disrespectful, she also dearest to... threat me when I confronted her about why she was mean with me being a woman and in the moment she saw a guy walking in, she wasextremely nice and in the meantime treating me in an awful way, No costumer wants to walk in to a disrespectful and mean staffservice! This particular Subway constantly closes earlier than the hours posted, tonight they closed at 9:20pm with hours saying they... would be open until 10. I ordered my food through the app and got a message it was delivered at my address except it wasn't dropped off at the correct... address. This has happened before. When I have ordered through the app it will change my address for some reason. Because Iordered it through the app I called the store to speak with someone. The employee Ashley I was speaking to was veryunprofessional, rude and lacked any customer service respect. Before I could even explain or ask questions she kept saying onceit leaves the store it is not there fault and there is nothing she can do. When I told her if I ordered it through the app and Iasked who I needed to speak with, she literally said it wasn't her problem. At that point I asked to speak with a manager. Shethen told me she was the manager. So now I am shocked a manager was speaking to me this way. She finally told me one of hermanagers would be in the next morning. Then Ashley called me 4 hours later to tell me the person who got my food called thestore and said I could pick up my food at their house. Really, 4 hours later I get a call to go to some strangers house? I amreally displeased with the outcome of this. Not only did I end up paying for food I couldn't eat, but I was treated with suchdisrespect even when I wasn't even being rude. I was asking what the process was for when stuff like this happens. This is thesecond time in a row I have had issues with this stuff. Not just a week ago I was giving a sandwich missing ingredients but alsopoor food quality. I really hope you get better employees at this location because you lost a customer. Because I had a problemwith my order last week nobody called me back considering what I ordered all the ingredients weren't even on the sandwich.
