This has to be the most unsanitary place in Woodland. Seriously someone call the heath inspector. Floors where literally black... with dirt and every corner crusted over. Work area where food was prepped and served was covered in wasted product. One femaleemployee had long fake nails, I wouldn't mind so much (even though Im sure its against Safe Serve regulation and guidelines)but i draw the line when she is touching food without gloves (fingers on ice cream). Even a person with good hand sanitation andwithout nails has a high probability of causing a bacterial outbreak or food born illness. I can?t believe that the county health department lets this place stay open, it hasn?t had a thorough cleaning in years . The... tile flooring and grout are disgusting . There is years of nasty ice cream buildup on all the outdoor seating and it?sdepressing to even sit outside because the outside is so run down and dirty, the planters are filed with trash and the wholeplace just looks terrible from the lack of maintenance . I had to close my eyes to the fact that every crack and crevice on theindoor counters are packed with grime and shear filth. The hot chocolate syrup pot has been broken for over 6months and stillsits on counter next to the register with some crust stuck to the bottom of it. I guess it will take someone getting really sickbefore they do something about it because obliviously the owners don?t care. Shame on you . You only have to visit the place tosee for yourself . This place has been here for decades. During Covid they have a 5 person at a time rule, masks required. Plexiglass and gloved... employees. So, you can get your favorite cones, cakes or quarts of ice cream as usual! I love peanut butter and chocolate anddaiquiri ice. Read more
This is the worst BR I have ever been to. Parking is terrible, parking lot so small and entrance to store is filthy. Because of... Covid, they were only letting 5 people in at a time, which is a good thing, but it was not being enforced as the ice cream storehad 11 people inside. The ice cream selection is very small, and the cashier very tired and grumpy. That was our experience lastnight. Read more

Although this is a chain store, this particular branch is especially nice. The ice cream is always good, of course, but the... staff are so friendly and nice to people it is an extra pleasure to go here. They seem to make extra effort with eachcustomer's choice. Read more
It was so hot here today whole families stopped by for some yummy ice cream, our family included, the line went out the door.... The service was good. These young ladies held up good service for awhile during the major rush. They were helpful and servicewas fast. Good job! Read more
Staff is really nice and friendly. They do upsell abd take care of you in the bwst way possible.
