No authenticity. The Carne Asada plate were chopped and it looks like they use the same meet for everything such as tacos and... burritos, I mean one for all. I ordered a plate, in most Mexican Restaurants it would have been steak like carne asada , butthese were chopped and it was cold. Obviously it has been cooked earlier. Rice and beans were cold. The horchatas has nothingsimilar to any other Mexican restaurants. This places looks like used the powder horchatas to serve the customers. I paid over18 dollars for a food that went on wasted ! I would never comeback here again. No one even checks the dining with so many fliesflying around cannot even enjoy the food for trying to move the flies away from the table. I finished slightly half of the plateand didn?t even wanted it to go. Save your money and go to a way better Mexican Restaurant that has the authenticity of realfood and the spicy ????? that you are looking for. You deserve a better plate of food with your money. How long are the regular customers going to keep enabling this establishment to screw its customers? I have came to El Patio... numerous times as a regular customer and I have decided no more am I going here. I am going to Iguana's Mexican Grill now. Iwill not miss the long drive through experience either at El Patio. I ordered and two customers ahead of me got their 20 itemsbefore me. I had only flan on my order and patiently waited for 30 minutes out of respect for their busy hour. Their customerservice was to me was ?Have a good day?. And did not even give me my flan. I asked for a refund. But no attempt by them tocorrect the issue. Any place that does not try to make it right for their customers is not worth supporting. Adios El Patio! Read more
Vegetarian burrito with no cheese and no sour cream is bomb! It's so simple but so flavorful. And the tortillas are delicious!... I've had a lot of vegetarian burritos across California and this is the best one! Read more
Loved it! Placed our order at the drive thru and proceeded to pull up to the window. The cashier opens the window and before I... could pay for the food the first thing she said was "thank you so much for coming to El patio" with a big smile on her face! Ithink that is the first time that has ever happened to me at any drive thru anywhere! A "thank you" before you have even payedfor and received your food? OUTSTANDING! Incredible customer service! You rarely if ever find that at places anymore! Ididn't get her name but she was great! The food was good. Was hot and fresh and the birria was awesome! Will definitely begoing back! This place is a joke!! This is my 3rd and last time time there every time was bad experience as I tried to give them the benefit... of the doubt. I ordered different things every time. They are rude and do not have patience at the speaker before I can ask fora second item she is rushing me. This was our super breakfast burrito with steak and as you can see there is no steak justabout a table spoon on one side it was more of a guacamole salsa and rice burrito so disgusting I just tossed it in the trash Iwould never recommend this place to anyone. I wish I would?ve taken photos of my other meals do not waste your money here theydon?t serve their food with quality at all and you don?t get what you ask for.. from customer service to food quality it?s allbad.. My family arrived at the restaurant around 8:45pm. When we first walked in to the left of us there was two employees conversing... they proceeded to converse as my order was being taken . I hadn?t been to El patio in a while so I had to look at the menu.While placing an order the cashier continued to converse with the other employee. As I was ordering the cashier would say ? OKso are you done is that all?? made me feel extremely rushed while ordering. My children and I went to sit down closer to theback wall near the drive-through a couple minutes go by and a employee starts to vacuum while my family and I are sitting in thelobby I thought that was extremely unprofessional and rude she vacuumed from the time we sat down until the time we left whichwas a total of about 35 to 40 minutes. Customer service was extremely terrible !!! The worst I?ve seen in all the years they have been in business. The food was great although it did take about 15 to 20 minutes before we got our food and we were theonly customers in the lobby, the wait wouldn?t have been as bad if the lobby wasn?t being vacuumed for most of the time we wherethere it wouldn?t have been such a bad experience. Say in the drive through for 45 min. When I got my food it was barely luke warm like it had been made 30 min prior and the rice... was undercooked. Also, the menu item I ordered came with ingredients that weren't on the menu, so it was falsely advertised.There are better breakfast burritos in Woodland that are served hot without waiting 45 min in a drive through. They got a secondstar only because their drive through worker was very nice. EL PATIO... step your game up. Read more
