Drive thru is a little slower than one would hope during peak hours, but my order is always accurate! I'll take accuracy over... speed any day! Read more

One of my favorite In-N-Outs to go to. Plenty of parking, the line for the drive thru isn't hard to navigate and they are quick... with their service. It's in a good spot being close enough to Sacramento to stop at on a road trip back when coming down I-5 orduring a shopping visit to Costco, Target or other shops there. Food is always reasonably priced and standard quality for therestaurant. Read more

Best fast food burger in the country. Everything is made fresh, especially their fries which are cut to order. Their... double-double paired with fries is the perfect meal! Go for their extra raw onions, the crunch creates an amazing flavor.Queuing times may be lengthy, so expect to wait for around 15 minutes. Read more

So, it wasn't too bad of a wait, yes there is a wait but it's not horribly long.. Whats bad, is they don't have good parking nor... good entering and exiting roads. There is one way in and one way out. It's not right off the freeway, you must travel a mile orso to get to it's destination. I had 2 orders. The first didn't take too long but the fries seemed to be the bottom of thebarrel, tiny, dry overcooked fries. I don't believe they should give those out. Once the fries start to get low they shouldeither dump and put in a new batch or warn their customers and grant a price reduction for the horrible, tiny, overcooked andoverly salty fries. That was disappointing especially since I waited 20 minutes (not a super long wait,, but still a wait) My 2ndorder was horrible. I only ordered animal fries. I waited about 20 minutes , saw many orders that were after me, already gottentheir food. I went up to the counter asked about my fries. The gentleman asked several people about my order and all of themsaid they hadn't done it or didn't know about it. I don't understand how that can be missed when all the orders are placed inorder on a rack and they select them one by one, the order they were placed. So if I hadn't said anything I would have beenwaiting much longer.SMH. On top of that I wasn't giving an apology for the miscommunication and my order being missed, nor anoffer for a free order of fries or a coupon for a free burger or drink at a later time. NOTHING! Quite disheartening Especiallysince their weren't many people in the line at this point. The checkers were free to roam and clean for a minutes. For such ahuge franchise I expected more courtesy and better service. The lack of professionalism and communication at this place wasdissatisfying. Very substandard. All in all the fries sucked and the servings were small, smh! The burgers were good but alsonothing spectacular. Just your typical home burger really, I would get it again but prolly when the lines Read more

Still a favorite on any trip west. Always served with a smile, no matter how busy. The crews are consistent and produce... quality burgers, fries, and shakes. The potatoes are peeled and sliced fresh. The beef is fresh, and buns soft. Ripe tomatoesand crispy lettuce are paired with the special sauce to round out the perfect burger. With a cult like following, it can betough finding a slow time for a visit. Read more

Good burgers as always. Love their fries. The burger is crunchy outside and juicy inside. And the shakes, they are good.
