The last 2 visits were not so good. I called in advance about pricing. When we got there there was 1 lady with a birthday party... in line in front of us and 1 person behind us. The lady in front had been waiting 15 minutes already on top of the 25 minutes wewaited. The lady comes says sorry I'm alone. Why in the world would 1 employee be working alone when it's evening time and abirthday party going??? When we placed our order the price was doubled what I was told on the phone and the lady say well theytold you wrong and we pointed out she was alone soooo.yah. She continued to argue the price when the gentle behind us pointedout the price to us in there own menu which was even cheaper than the free quote! She still agrued and when we decided to take12 people and go else where she then decides to give it at menu price. They salad bar was out of everything. The second visit wehad great service except she was difently overwhelmed with doing everything for the crowd that had accumulated. Again this wasa busy time 6 pm on a Friday. I ordered their Food off of Grub Hub. Everything I originally ordered, they were out of so I ordered other things from the Menu.... My sister and i ate the Food for Lunch today ... BIG MISTAKE. We ended up getting Food Poisoning. Never again! Read more
Rico's is a great place to bring family especially when it's a large party, they serve up some impressively large pies. The wait... is a little longer, but the pizza is tasty and makes up for it. The staff here is always nice, and they are family friendly,children can play and babies can cry, no one judges. Read more
I tried to order a pizza from Pizza Guys but the wait was over 2 hours on Friday night. I saw an ad for this place on the Around... Town magazine so I thought I'd give it a shot. The pizza taste way better than Pizza Guys but they forgot to cut it in squareswhich my kid wanted. The delivery guy apologized and seemed very sincere about the mistake so its all good :-) Ill be orderingfrom them again for sure. Read more
