I gave this place one star based on at least my chicken was cooked well done! Other then that other than flavor wise I ordered a... ten piece which was lemon pepper and parmesan cheese and my chicken was watered down and the flavor wasn't put on properly. Iwas highly disappointed ????. I went here a dozen times and this is my first disappointment experience. So I'm guessing it wasthe cooks. Read more
This location did not have my order ready, I have waited over thirty minutes for my order, they called the amount of 7 orders... that came in before mine. When I asked what was going on they mentioned there backed up, when I came into the establishmentthere was nobody. Also I was handed a cup with spiders inside of cup so I would rate the cleanliness factor a zero. Service isslow here and I am very unsatisfied. Read more
I came back and gave this place a try, and I must say they have upgraded on their services and serves better wing now. However,... I've placed like several order on wings within the past week and have specifically asked for extra cooked wings and still gotthem a little uncrispy ????. Since that wasn't working, I finally tried the tenders and they were actually really great. Tender,white meat, juicy and extra big. Couldn't do it... ordered 10pc and came back at the designated time, but while I waited there (for a long time), employees were... going back and forth between the counter and kitchen, manhandling everything with bare hands, wiping their hands on their pants,and continually touching the food. I politely received my order, but had to throw it away later. And the smell of the food--nothanks. Read more
I'm actually a big fan of wingstop, but the woodland location is subpar. Laziest, most unfriendly staff of all time. The place... is disgusting, food on the floor, dirty tables, tables with plates still sitting on them, soda machine sticky all over. Allwhile 3 employees stand in the back talking and scrolling on their phones. Terrible experience. I've been to this location 5times over a period of 2 years and it has been the same outcome every single time. Read more
Any time estimate they give you, you need to add on at least 15 minutes to that. On top of that their chicken here at this... location is always way too greasy and you can taste the dirtyness in the oil. And for the record I love wingstop it'd just ashame the worst wingstop I've ever been to happens to be the one in my city unfortunately Read more
