Waited over 15 minutes to even order food, got our food sloppily and not wrapped correctly, and was way over charged for our... meal. One Italian sandwich meal and a soft pretzel came out to almost $22. Definitely not going back there again. And when Iasked for a receipt they said their machine was broken and didn't offer an alternative way to receive the receipt. I ordered the spicy Italian on white bread. I had half it toasted and got it to go. Was really looking forward to my sandwich.... The bread was so hard on the toasted and u toasted that I had to put the fixings on my own bread. Really sorry I left a tip. Iasked if the bread was fresh and he said yes. I've had trouble with this store before with old bread stale veggies and dried outmeat. This store definitely needs to be shopped before someone gets sick. I have a gift card and coupons that I left in my carso was almost $8.00 for a sandwich I had to toss the bread out. This happened April 29th before 4pm. A fellow made thesandwich while some gal stood and picked the meat off which she felt was to much. I will shop the one on Pacific Ave in thefuture. For the first time in YEARS I finally had a server at this location who actually asked me how my day was, greeted me when I came... in, and apologized for the wait before I even was aware there would be one. She was so nice! Her coworkers were obviously notputting in the work, and she was probably doing the work of like three people at once. Her name was Brenda! Poor thing wasgetting horrible attitude from customers who had obviously never worked food service, but she just kept working and ignoringtheir rude remarks. I hope subway knows they got a good one! The last few times I've gone grocery shopping I've stopped here for dinner. The same server has served me each time and has been... rude and pushy. At first I chalked it up to just a bad day but sense it's happened several times I decided to write a review. Iwould rate Five Stars if the service wasn't so poor. Read more

Ok seriously. I'm going to put the dates on here for when I had good and bad service. March 5th 2019. Greats service. The girl... was bubbly and sweet and seemed to be on her own and still had a GREAT attitude. She filled my online order and had amazingcustomer service skills. March 6th 2019. Today. Two girls at 230pm... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! the one girl who made mysandwich had a horrible attitude while her counterpart some blonde girl with a similar attitude paid zero attention to me. Satat the cash register not doing anything except playing on her phone. She did not put my stuff in the bag she just put it on thecounter and said have a great day with a sorry snide tone of voice and then went right back to her phone. Absolutelyridiculous!!! TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE TO DO THEIR JOB AND HAVE RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS!!! Or just hire better workers! I've worked forsubway in the past it's a really easy job you can smile and be decent to people who walk in. Get off your phones because it'sclearly not helping you build your life up! Read more

This subway is inside of the Woodland Walmart. We pretty much always get excellent service at this location. But a most of the... time they have new employees in training. So it's not a good idea to go if you're in a big hurry. Patience is key. ???? Read more
